국내 식품산업 이력추적관리 시스템 적용 개선 방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 식품안전 향상을 위한 식품이력추적시스템에 대한 인식조사를 통해 활용방안에 대해 알아보고, 현 시점에서 식품이력추적시스템의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안에 대한 실효성을 분석하기 위해 국내의 식품업체 350개 업소를 대상으로 식품이력추적관리 및 인식을 조사하였다. 문헌고찰을 통해 설문지를 개발하였고, 자료 분석을 위한 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 12.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 식품업체는 식품이력추적시스템의 중요성은 인식하고 있으나 실제 이력추적시스템의 시행 계획률은 낮게 나타났다. 이력추적시스템이 장기적으로 지속될 경우 여러 정보를 시스템화함으로써 회사의 경영정보를 더 쉽게 알 수 있으므로 시장상황에 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 사항을 최우선시 하고 있었다. 식품안전 지식과 관련하여 그 필요성은 알고 있지만 지식이 부족한 경우가 많았고, 입고되는 원료의 생산자 또는 수입자에 대한 확인이 바로 가능하여야 하고, 이에 대한 검증할 수 있는 방법이 필요할 것으로 보였다. 따라서 식품업체보다는 정부차원에서 이력추적이 원활히 이루어 질 수 있는 방법 및 개선, 보완을 초석으로 시작하여 식품의 생산단계에서부터 유통단계에서의 안전관리에 대한 노력이 계속되어야 할 것이다. 무엇보다, 아무리 좋은 시스템과 환경을 만들어 놓더라도 이에 대한 홍보와 교육이 따르지 않는다면 이력추적관리에 한계가 있을 것으로 보이므로, 지속적인 교육과 이력추적의 홍보에 대한 노력이 계속되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was based on the application plan for food safety through cognition research on Food Traceability System to improve food safety. At this time, we have understood the problems of the Food Traceability System and in order to analyze the effectiveness of the improvement plan, I have researched the Food Traceability System of the 350 business establishments and the cognition of the system. Through documentary study, I have developed a questionnaire and for the statistical data transaction, I used the SPSSWIN 12.0 program. According to the research, even though people recognized the importance of the Food Traceability System, the enforcement plans were low. If the Food Traceability System is to be used in a long term, it would be the most important for businesses to receive management information so they can react rapidly to the fast changing market. In order to do this, it is best to have methodical form of this system. There were many cases in which people understood the importance of food safety but did n’t have much knowledge on the topic. It was a must for the business owners to be able to check the producer or the importer of the product right away and they also needed a way to verify the information. Therefore it is clear that the government needs to find the methods to improve the services rather than the food businesses. It would be necessary for the government to continue to work for the safety of the food production and transportation. Furthermore, if there isn’t education or PR on the program, even if there is the best system and environment for it, there will be a limit to the Food Traceability System to work. Therefore it will be necessary for the government to provide a continuous education and PR on the Food Traceability System.
