청소년미혼모 사회교육현황 및 Community Dance 적용연구 = (A)study on the teenagers unwed mother social education present condition and Community Dance application

The purpose of this study is educational healing that prevents so that problem may not send out again spread more than solution of social problem that is already happened to teenagers unwed mother established by target that present necessity of dance education for human nature education and function on premise. There is purpose of this study to suggest necessity of education benefit and expectation effect of dance to decimal class teenagers who present teenagers unwed mother's guidance in development and maturity stage of mind and community dance practice plan of troubleshooting power elevation purpose and is unwed mother as teenagers.
Result was as following with contents that is investigated for this study.
in teenagers unwed mother welfare present condition investigation.
First, institution that is administered for teenagers unwed mother was investigated that is not.
Second, virago certain family welfare facilities of whole country 105 Seoul and Kyonggi area page that access is difficult geographically if is not city dwelling unwed mother because is concentrated on big city to the center have .

Teenagers unwed mother is minor who have right to receive social protection as teenagers before is unwed mother. So that minority is social healthy adult, it is education service with welfare service that society should offers to teenagers unwed mothers.
Education service is long-term if welfare service is ephemeral and quick political disposal and is troubleshooting policy intention enemy the future. If education service can be progressed to two directions of vocational education and studies continuance independently of welfare service, it is human nature education and proposes community dance for below reason by effective method of teenagers human nature education in this study that need in all of the two directions.
Community dance can expect effect of society technique and community relationship elevation through that have mutual understanding with self respect reduction through self person of dance art through dance experience, symbolic presentation that experience artistic form of dance to contents experience.
Also, community dance does to small group with equal problem or difficulty. Therefore, kind and result of dance according to special quality of age and newcomers should be reconstructed and political support should be premised. And such special quality is reconciled with education service of welfare dimension.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 미혼모를 대상으로 이미 발생된 사회문제의 해결책 보다는 그 문제가 확산 재발하지 않도록 예방하는 교육적 치유를 전제로 인성교육을 위한 무용교육의 필요성과 기능을 제시하는 것을 목표로 설정 하였다. 정신의 발달 및 성숙 단계에 있는 청소년 미혼모의 선도와 문제해결력 향상 목적의 community dance 실행방안을 제시하고 청소년으로서 미혼모가 된 소수계층 청소년에게 교육혜택의 필요성과 무용의 기대 효과를 제안하는데 본연구의 목적이 있다.
본 연구를 위하여 조사된 내용과 결과는 다음과 같았다.
먼저, 청소년 미혼모 복지 현황조사에서는 첫째, 청소년 미혼모만을 위하여 운영되는 시설은 없는 것으로 조사 되었다.
둘째, 전국 105개의 한부모가족복지시설은 서울과 경기지역을 중심으로 대도시에 집중되어 도시 거주 미혼모가 아니면 지리적으로 접근이 어려운 면이 있었다. 셋째, 미혼모의 자립을 위해 운영되는 미혼모자 시설과 미혼모자 공동생활가정은 33개 입소정원은 939명으로 자립지원을 받는 미혼모는 일부에 지나지 않았다. 지역별 특성으로는 부산 지역 미혼모 시설의 현황은 안나모자원이 5명으로 청소년 미혼모가 가장 많았고 청학모자원, 성현여성의 집이 4명, 은애모자원과 마리아모자원, 마리아 모성원이 3명, 한나모자원과 사랑샘 2명, 다비다 모자원과 마리아모성원이 1명으로 나타났다. 부산지역 보호시설의 청소년 미혼모의 연령은 18세가 9명으로 가장 많았고 19세는 7명, 17세가 6명, 16세가 4명, 15세 미만은 2명으로 조사되었고 마리아모자원의 청소년 미혼모가 14세로 가장 낮은 연령으로 조사되었다.
청소년 미혼모의 사회교육영역으로 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다.
서울의 경우 어머니 대상 프로그램이 많은 반면 부산은 아동 대상 프로그램이 가장 많았으며 모(부)자 보호시설에 배해 가족대상 프로그램은 현저히 그 수가 적게 조사되었다.
우리나라의 보호시설에 있는 미혼모들의 경우, 시설에 입소한 기간 동안 그 시설에서 제공하는 직업교육을 받도록 되어있지만 보호시설에서 제공하는 교육내용은 미혼모들의 특성이나 희망과는 상관없이 구성되어 있었다. 그리고 집단 상담이나 개인상담 등 상담프로그램의 운영 외에는 대부분의 교육이 취미교육내용이었다. 시설의 청소년미혼모들을 장애 혹은 난폭·범죄 및 피해 청소년으로 보고 치료적 입장에서 접근한 치료프로그램을 진행하고 있었다. 청소년 미혼모의 교육적 혜택이나 권리를 대변하는 목적의 교육은 존재하지 않았다.
청소년 미혼모는 미혼모이기 이전에 청소년으로 사회의 보호를 받을 권리가 있는 미성년자이다. 미성년이 사회의 건강한 성인이 되기 위하여 사회가 청소년 미혼모들에게 제공하여야 할 것은 복지 서비스와 함께 교육서비스이다.
복지서비스가 일시적이고 즉각적인 정책적 대처라면 교육서비스는 장기적이고 미래지향적 문제해결 정책이다. 복지서비스와 별개로의 교육서비스가 직업교육과 학업지속의 두 가지 방향으로 진행 될 수 있다면 두 방향 모두에서 필요한 것이 인성교육이며 본 연구에서는 청소년 인성교육의 효과적인 방법으로 커뮤니티 댄스를 아래의 이유로 제안한다.
커뮤니티 댄스는 무용의 예술적 형태를 내용으로 체험하는 것으로 무용체험을 통하여 무용예술이 가진 자아인식을 통한 자아존중감, 상징적 표현과 소통하기 체험을 통한 사회 기술력 및 공동체의식 향상의 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.
또한, 커뮤니티 댄스는 동일한 문제나 어려움을 가진 소규모 집단을 대상으로 한다. 따라서 시대와 참여자의 특성에 따라 무용의 종류와 결과가 재구성되어야 하고 정책적 지원이 전제되어야 한다. 그리고 그러한 특성이 복지 차원의 교육서비스와 합치된다.
