도시 주택재개발사업에 대한 주민만족도의 영향요인 연구 : 종로구와 중구 사례를 중심으로 = (A) study on the determinants of residential satisfaction on urban housing redevelopment project

In this thesis, I measured residential satisfaction about Urban Housing Redevelopment Projects and diagnosed the significant factors that affects to it, and from this. I will suggest political implications to raise residential satisfaction.
The contents of this study is divided to theoretical study and empirical study roughly. Firstly, in the theoretical study, I will rearrange a concept and background of the Urban Housing Redevelopment Projects, and scrutinize the proceeding researches. From the grasp of the problems from these, I will search for a way to establish a newly residential satisfaction model. secondly, based on the research model suggested in this study, I carried out a survey of resident where the housing redeveloping is completed or is now working in Jung-gu and Sungdong-gu(Sindang-dong 6 and 11 district, Wangsimni-dong, Hwanghak-dong, Geumho-dong)
To verify the causality that Urban Housing Redevelopment Projects affects to residential satisfaction(social, cultural, economic), I took a look at descriptive statistics to analyze the perception level of respondent with each residential satisfaction factors about Urban Housing Redevelopment Projects, and also implemented t-test and ANOVA, factor analysis, multiple-regression.
From the analysis, the factors, such as public facility, opportunity of citizen participation, reliability of main operators are judged to be significant role that elucidates the residential satisfaction, and through this result, I drew the following implications. (1) leading role and support from local government to Urban Housing Redevelopment steering committee, (2) strengthen the speciality of steering committee and city developing group, (3) initial capital and construction financing of steering committee support, (4) improving operation process of agreement and executing operation of local government.
Even though this study considered various dimensions, it exposes some limitation. First, the lack of anterior studies, second, insufficient ground for generalization, because the target of the survey is limited to Jung-gu, and following studies are needed to back up these limitations.
