골프지도자의 지도유형이 지도대상자의 재미와 지속적 참여의지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 재미수준과 지속적 참여의지에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로는,
첫째, 지도대상자의 개인적 특성에 따라 지도유형, 재미, 지속적 참여의 차이를 파악하고, 둘째, 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 재미수준을 규명하며, 셋째, 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 지속적 참여의지를 규명하는 것이다.
연구대상은 D광역시에 소재하고 있는 5개 실내골프연습장에 참가하여 강습을 받고 있는 회원 200명을 선정하였다.
본 연구에서 사용된 연구도구는 Chelladurai와 Saleh(1978)가 개발한 스포츠 지도자 행동검사지(Leadership Scale for sport: LSS)를 국내에서 김병헌(1990)등이 번안하여 표준화한 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위해 적용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 독립표본 t검증, 일원변량분석(One-Way ANOVA), 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression)과 같은 통계기법이 수행되었다.
이와 같은 연구 방법과 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 상급자가 인식하는 골프지도유형에 따른 재미수준에 있어 상급자의 재미 욕구을 충족시키기 위해서는 지도대상자의 복지에 관심을 두고 긍정적인 팀 분위기 조성과 따뜻한 인간관계를 중요시하는 훈련분위기를 조성하여 지도대상자들이 재미를 얻을 수 있도록 배려하는 사회적 지지행동 유형을 제시하였다.
둘째, 하급자가 인식하는 골프지도유형에 따른 재미수준에 있어 하급자의 기능향상을 충족시키기 위해서는 지도대상자에게 새로운 기술과 전술을 중점적으로 지도하여 팀의 체계를 세우고 활동을 조정하고 구성하는 훈련분위기를 조성하여 지도대상자들이 재미를 얻을 수 있도록 배려하는 훈련과 지시행동 유형을 제시하였다.
셋째, 상급자가 인식하는 골프지도유형에 따라 지속적 참여의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴볼 때, 상급자의 상황과 입장, 의사를 존중하고, 복지에 관심을 두어 긍정적인 분위기로 따뜻한 인간관계를 중요시하는 훈련 분위기를 조성하여 지도대상자들이 지속적으로 참여 할 수 있도록 사회적 지지행동 유형을 제시하였다.
넷째, 하급자가 인식하는 골프지도유형에 따라 지속적 참여의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴볼 때, 훈련과 지시행동, 긍정적 보상행동은 인지된 만족에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있으며, 권위적 행동은 부(-)적 형향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 훈련과 지시행동, 긍정적 보상행동이 하급자의 지속적 참여를 높이는 요인으로 평가 되고, 지도자의 올바른 훈련 방법 및 지도 행동과 그에 따른 결과의 긍정적 보상행동 유형이 지도대상자에게 긍정적인 효과를 극대화 시키고 그것이 지도대상자들에 인지된 지속적 참여를 높이는 결과를 가져오는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 지도자의 권위적 행동은 지도 대상자들의 지속적 참여에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나 지도자는 지도대상자들에게 만족을 충족시키기 위해 새로운 지도방법, 기술 및 전략을 개발하고 결과에 대한 확실한 보상으로 지도 대상자들의 위상을 확고히 세워주는 자세를 갖추어야 할 것이다. 이러한 지도자의 역할이 확실해 질 때 지도대상자의 지속적 참여가 높아진다는 것을 시사하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research which it sees there is the objective it examines closely it affects on fun level and continuous participation will of the map object person whom it follows in map type of golf leader.
Concretely, first, according to personal quality of the map object person it grasps the difference of map type, fun and continuous participation, the fun level of the map object person whom second, it follows in map type of golf leader, to examine closely the continuous participation will of the map object person whom in map type of third, golf leader examines closely it follows.
The research object participated to 5 interior driving ranges which are located in the D wide area city and receive assaulting 200 people members who it selected.
The research tool which is used from the research which it sees sports leader conduct prosecuting attorney Chelladurai and Saleh (1978) develops (Leadership Scale for sport: LSS) the Kim Byung-heon etc. it breaks (1990) it changed from domestic and it standardizes question it used.
In order to analyze the data which is collected the statistical technique which is applied was accomplished with frequency analysis, independence sample T verification, member variate analysis (One-Way ANOVA) and numerous regression analysis (Multiple Regression) same statistical technique.
Like this research method and process with afterwords escape it did a same conclusion from the research which tries to lead.
There was on a fun level which it follows in the golf map type which first, upper grade own house it recognizes in order to make upper grade voluntary fun craving the insect family it stood and in the material of the map object person interest the training atmosphere which considers seriously a warm human relation and with the team atmosphere creation which is affirmative it created the possibility the map object people getting a fun in order to be, it considers the social support conduct type which it presented.
There was on a fun level which it follows in the golf map type which second, junior own house it recognizes in order junior voluntary functional improvement the insect family map it stood and the system of the team and an activity and in the map object person new importantly to guide a technique and tactic it built it regulated it composes and the training atmosphere which it created the possibility the map object people getting a fun in order to be, it considers the training and instruction conduct type which it presented.
Third, when upper grade own house according to the golf map type which it recognizes trying to observe it affects in continuous participation will, upper grade voluntary situation and position, it respected doctor, interest in the material, considers seriously a warm human relation with the atmosphere which is affirmative the training atmosphere which and it created the map object people will be able to participate continuously in order, a social support conduct type it presented.
Fourth, when junior own house according to the golf map type which it recognizes trying to observe it affects in continuous participation will, the training and instruction conduct and affirmative compensation conduct reached and to the satisfaction they considered really (+) enemy effect the stamp to be, the authoritative conduct father (-) appeared with the fact that it reaches an enemy elder brother direction.
Like this result is evaluated as the VIP where the training and instruction conduct and affirmative compensation conduct raise a junior voluntary continuous participation, the leader the affirmative compensation conduct type of proper training method and result which it follows with map conduct in him maximizes the effect which is affirmative in the map object person and the stamp which will know the fact that it brings the result which raises the continuous participation to which it has become possibility in the map object people it was.
But the authoritative conduct of the leader the effect which is negative in continuous participation of the map object people as for America appears with the fact that it is and the leader in order to make in the map object people satisfaction the insect family a new map method, a technique and a strategy develops and must equip the attitude to build the phase of the map object people firmly with the compensation which is positive in about result.
At the time of the quality the role of like this leader to be positive the continuous participation of the map object person suggested the thing highly.
