대학 교양체육 교수행동과 강의만족, 강의구전의도, 운동지속의사와의 관계 = The relationship between behaviors of professor and lecture satisfaction, word-of-mouth intention to lectures, intention to exercise adherence in university general physical education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대학 교양체육의 교수행동과 강의만족, 강의구전의도와 운동지속의사의 이론적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교수행동을 독립변수로, 강의만족을 매개변수로 선정하고 강의구전의도와 운동지속의사를 종속변수로 각각 구성 하였다. 조사대상과 방법은 경기도에 소재한 1곳의 종합대학의 평생스포츠 수강생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 통해서 400부를 표집 하여, 연구에 적절하지 못한 자료 35부를 제외하고 365부를 최종자료로 사용하였다.
자료처리는 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 SPSSWIN Ver. 14.0을 이용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 AMOS 5.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 이렇게 하여 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수자열정은 강의만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 과제제시방법은 강의만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학습자참여는 강의만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자관계는 강의만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 강의만족은 강의구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 강의만족은 운동지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical relationship between behaviors of professor and lecture satisfaction, word-of- mouth intention to lectures, intention to exercise adherence in university general physical education. Independent variable was the behaviors of professor, Mediating variables were lecture satisfaction. Finally, dependent variable was word-of- mouth intention to lectures and intention to exercise adherence.
As the method and the subjects, 400 questionnaires from ski school instructor in 1 university located Gyeonggi-Do were used without 35 questionnaires which was not pertinent for this study after being collected 365 questionnaires through the convenience sampling method
In order to treat data, after PASW Ver. 17.0 was utilized using frequency analysis for inquiring closely into general characteristic of subjects, AMOS 5.0 was utilized using structural equation model analysis for examination of research hypotheses. The results were as follows; First, Professor passion had a significant influence on lecture satisfaction. Second, Method of task presentation had a significant influence on lecture satisfaction. Third, Student participation had a significant influence on lecture satisfaction. Fourth, Student relation had a significant influence on lecture satisfaction. Fifth, Lecture satisfaction had a significant influence on word-of- mouth intention to lectures. Sixth, Lecture satisfaction had a significant influence on intention to exercise adherence.
