노래만들기를 사용한 음악활동이 알코올 의존자 자녀의 분노표현과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 = The effect of using songwriting activities on anger expression and self-esteem of the children of alcoholics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 노래만들기를 사용한 음악활동이 알코올의존자 자녀의 분노표현과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 연구대상은 부모의 알코올의존으로 어려움을 겪는 인천시 I대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 19명이며, 실험은 2008년 3월 25일부터 12월 24일까지 주 1회 총 10회기의 개별활동으로 진행되었다. 연구자는 음악치료 중재에 앞서 실험집단과 통제집단에 Spielberger가 개발하고 전겸구가 표준화한 한국어판 분노표현 척도와 Rosenberg가 개발하고 전병제가 번안한 자아존중감 척도를 실험 전, 후로 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 노래만들기를 사용한 음악치료 활동을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 분노표현에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 노래만들기를 사용한 음악치료 활동을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 자아존중감에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 노래만들기를 사용한 음악치료 활동이 알코올의존자 자녀의 분노표현을 감소시키며, 자아존중감을 향상시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was done to find out what effect of using songwriting activities on anger expression and self-esteem of the children of alcoholics. This object group of the study was chosen as 19 students of the children of alcoholics "I" college located in Incheon, it was performed the program of using songwriting activities individually from March 25 2008 to December 24 2008, once a week for 60 minutes each time and ten times in total. Before mediating the music therapy, the experimenter collected data by performing the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory developed by Spielberger and standardized by Chon, Kyum-koo into Korean edition and the Self-Esteem Scale developed by Rosenberg and translated by Chon, Poung-je to each of the experimental and control groups before and after the experiment. The result was, in the level of anger expression, the experiment group showed meaningful difference compared to the controlled group. Also, in the level of self-esteem, there was meaningful difference on the experiment group. In conclusion, it was find out through this study that using songwriting activities should reduce the children of alcoholics anger expression and improve self-esteem.
