The purpose of this study is to make a guide manuals that can help math teachers create more accurate and error-free mathematical questions, through the process of analyzing math questions and the empirical knowledge obtained by participating in creating questions for scholastic achievement tests.
To achieve this purpose, I introduced specific production process of the math questions which went through a lot of discussion and modification during production.
In addition, with regards to the questions being introduced, statistical data analysis, evaluation questions, ways to improve teaching and learning and the direction for the improvement of assessment methods were sought.
On the other hand, I classified the errors of math questions by their types and explained them using examples from previous test questions to help avoid similar errors.
At last I added some notes that have to be considered during the production of questions and explained them using examples of questions by each elements to create a practical reference to making math questions.
