This study weighs heavily in the training course and examines two aspects to consider an individual's personality characteristics and reported career maturity attitudes. Elementary students' personality characteristics and the five factors that I know by looking at the relationship between career maturity attitudes of elementary school students to career guidance has helped.
To achieve these research objectives the following research question was set up.
First, neurosis, extroversion, openness, friendliness, sincerity and personality characteristics of five kinds of career maturity attitude, and the four sub areas for self-understanding, career planning, understanding of work's importance, independence of the total variance described how are you doing?
Second, neurosis, extroversion, openness, friendliness, sincerity and personality characteristics of these five career maturity attitudse, and the four sub areas for self-understanding, career planning, understanding of work's importance, independence is the best variable to explain?
Third, in the above two cases, depending on the grade and gender, what is the difference?
All three studies to solve the problem are located in Daejeon T Elementary School with 4th grade students and 6th grade students in the study totalling 435 individuals.
Five factor personality test characteristics Godlberg (1999) developed by the IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) and Yu-tae-yuong, Lee-gi-beom, Ashton (2004) to adapt the Lee-young-ran (2004), Gordon Anderson (2008) that was used with the scan tool, path Korea Institute of Vocational Attitude Maturity examination (2001) have produced tests which were used to evaluate for youth career maturity.
How multiple regression was conducted to analyze, the program SPSS 17.0 was used.
Research analysis of the results was obtained through the following. First, elementary students' personality characteristics on the five factors that affect career maturity attitudes. Sub-areas of career maturity attitude for comparing the degree of influence his understanding career planning, understanding of work's importance, independence in order influences.
Second, the five factors of personality characteristics in elementary school career maturity attitude for all sub-regions of the factors affecting the open surname. By sub-region look at career maturity attitude, outgoing self-understanding and openness in the region, openness and honesty, career planning area gender, area neurosis and recognizes the importance of openness, independence, openness and outgoing area affects gender.
Third, the elementary students in grades five factors of personality characteristics and career maturity attitude for the four sub area self-understanding, career planning, the importance of work, the impact on independence, more than six year high of grade 4, when compared according to gender higher for males than females. Depending on the grade of career maturity attitude for the four sub-variables five factors, the influence of personality characteristics and comparison, self-understanding about the openness of 4th grade, 6th grade and an open export-oriented, gender planning for a four year open, 6 grade openness and sincerity, to recognize the importance of a neurosis about 4th grade, 6th grade, and openness, the neurosis, the neurosis independence for the 4th grade, 6th grade sex affected the openness and outgoing. Gender attitudes on career maturity variables of the four sub-attributes for the five personality factors that influence the comparison, self-understanding about the openness and friendliness of male sexuality, female sexuality is open and outgoing, planning for male sexuality and neurosis in the ope , openness and sincerity of girls, boys to recognize the importance of openness and the neurosis, personality factors that affect the female does not. Independence for a neurosis to male, female sexuality is open and outgoing, career maturity attitude of openness about the boys, neurosis, friendly, gender, girls are affected of openness.
The elementary school students study of five factors of personality characteristics and career maturity attitudes in the sub-region for the existence of which many said description of power points, career maturity attitude, and the significance of each sub-region of personality characteristics found to affect the point, elementary students gender, grade, depending on the career maturity attitude, and the significance of each sub-region and will be personality characteristics that affect the point is significant.
Elementary school students form the foundation of career maturity attitude and it is an important time to have the right career training. Therefore, the results of this study, based on the school site teachers of elementary school students based on their personality attributes the difference in career maturity attitudes in students to recognize their own personality to help them to understand the nature of the course to set the direction of will.
