    The Effects of Self-Efficacy on Learning Attitude and Students' Contentment for the Teacher

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between middle school students consciousness on self-efficacy of learning attitude and students' contentment for the teacher. It is on a random sample basis which is chosen from 286 middle school students in Ulsan. this study using factor analysis of the variables set for the study using SPSS Version 12.0 Program verify the adequacy and reliability of sample data, and used Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient and regression analysis.
    The analysis results supported the following conclusions:
    First, It appeared with the fact that there are differences among self-efficacy according to gender and grade.
    Second, It appeared with the fact that there are differences among learning attitude according to gender and grade.
    Third, It appeared with the fact that there are differences among students' contentment for the teacher according to grade.
    Fourth, Self-efficacy appeared to have a positive effect on learning attitude.
    Fifth, Self-efficacy appeared to have a positive effect on students' contentment for the teacher.

    Abstract
