Considering these research results, cooperation of the proprietors and professionals is necessary to make the environment that enables beauty industry to make the comprehensive stress coping methods. Furthermore, through comprehensive education program development and system construction for stress resolution, it should be achieved that beauty artists work at the beauty industry as professionals with pride who are treated by the quality than quantity.
In this research, by the limitation of time and distance, the targets were beauty artists only in the Seoul and Busan, so it is unreasonable to consider whole nation. Therefore, when applying this result to all beauty artists, it should be done carefully, and more extensive research is necessary.
