중년여성의 한국무용 참여동기 및 참여만족도가 지속적 참여의사에 미치는 영향 = (The)influence of the participating motive and the satisfaction level on the middle-aged women willingness to do Korean traditional dance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary purpose of this study was to explore the relations among participant motivation, satisfaction in Korea Dance and participant's continuing willingness to participate. The subjects of this study were sampled 202 participant in Korea Dance in Kyoung-gi do, using nonprobability sampling method.

The data collected from the questionnaire designed for this study, contained information on participant's in Korea Dance socio-demographic characteristics, participation motivation, satisfaction in Korea Dance, participant's continuing willingness to participate possibility and participant's continuing willingness to participate will. The statistics employed in this study were gained through T-test, Oneway-ANOVA, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study using these research methods and procedures were as follows;
First, There was significant difference in the participant motivation, satisfaction in Korea Dance and participant's continuing willingness to participate according to the participant's in Korea Dance socio-demographic characteristics.
Second, the participant motivation of the Korea Dance influence on the participant satisfaction.
Third, the participant motivation of the Korea Dance influence on the participant's continuing willingness to participate.
Fourth, the participant satisfaction influence on the participant's continuing willingness to participate.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 한국무용의 참여동기 및 참여만족도와 지속적 참여의사간의 관계를 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 경기도에 거주하며 한국무용에 참여하는 202 명을 비확률 표본 중 편의추출법을 사용하여 표본을 추출하였다.
본 연구는 한국무용 참여자의 개인적 특성, 참여자의 동기, 참여 만족도, 지속적 참여의사의 가능성, 지속적 참여의사의 의지에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 이를 통해 자료를 수집하였다.
본 연구에서 사용된 통계는 독립 t 검증, 분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 얻었다. 이러한 연구 방법을 사용한 본 연구의 결과와 진행은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 한국무용 참여자의 개인적 특성에 따라 참여동기, 참여만족도, 지속적 참여의사는 차이가 있다.
둘째, 한국무용의 참여동기는 참여만족도에 영향을 미친다.
셋째, 한국무용의 참여동기는 지속적 참여의사에 영향을 미친다.
넷째, 한국무용의 참여만족도는 지속적 참여의사에 영향을 미친다.
