Abstract
Gourmet-Tourism's Expectancy-Value and Behavior as a Serious Leisure
The purpose of this study is to examine the attitude of culinary activity related food tourism. The result of this is the relations of the factor expectation of food tourism endogenous more effective. It means that the way of attitude and behaviour of gourmand give how to embody an idea or quality means to be a recognition in tourism destination as food tourism.
Second, the food lovers felt more valuation of dining culture experience at the tourist site. Moreover they find valuation of social relationship and authenticity of tourist site.
Third, the factor of food tourism expectancy value is directly positive effect on behavior intention, but its less. Because food tourism attitude is endogenous as causal relationship between the factors. Therefore need to effort for the long term frame work of the food tourism attitude.
Finally, the study findings are the positive relations between two factors in one set; serious leisure and food tourism, serious leisure and culinary tourism attitude, serious leisure and behavior intention of culinary tourism.
The recommend of this study is first, to mature of food tourism itself need to provide a policy for gourmand social relation and authenticity valuation of tourist site. This is important to achieve goal upon self-actualization.
