원예치료가 요양병원 노인환자의 뇌파변화와 손기능에 미치는 영향 = Effect of Horticultural Therapy on the Changes of Brain Waves and Hand Function of the Elderly Patient for Hospital

국문 초록 (Abstract)

요양병원 노인환자의 𝛼파, 안정과 각성변화에 대한 평가 결과는 대조군 좌, 우뇌의 경우 사전·사후 변화가 없었고, 실험군의 경우 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 원예치료 프로그램을 통하여 노인환자들의 𝛼파의 증가, 안정과 각성이 증가한 것임을 알 수 있었다.
요양병원 노인환자의 박스와 블럭검사에 대한 평가 결과는 대조군의 경우 일정시간 동안 블럭을 옮긴 개수가 줄어든 반면, 실험군의 경우 원예치료 실시 전, 후 블럭을 옮긴 개수가 증가한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 박스와 블럭검사를 통해 원예치료를 수행한 노인들의 손 기민성 향상을 알 수 있었다.
열쇠모양 막대 꼽기검사에 대한 평가 결과는 대조군의 경우 열쇠모양 막대 꼽기 검사에서 막대를 꼽는 시간이 증가한 반면, 실험군의 경우 열쇠모양 막대를 꼽는 시간이 감소한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 섬세 손동작 능력이 원예치료를 통하여 향상된 것임을 알 수 있었다.
장악력 대한 평가 결과는 대조군의 경우 장악력이 감소한 반면, 실험군은 장악력이 증가한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 원예치료 수행에 의하여 노인들의 손의 힘이 강화된 것임을 알 수 있었다.
수직선그리기검사에 대한 평가 결과는 대조군의 경우 수직선그리기검사는 일정시간 동안 그린 수직선의 개수가 줄어든 반면, 실험군의 경우, 그린 수직선의 개수가 증가하였다. 이는 원예치료가 손의 움직임을 증가시키는 활동임을 알 수 있었다.
우울척도의 결과는 대조군의 경우 시간이 지남에 따라 우울이 증가한 반면, 실험군의 경우 원예치료 실시 후, 우울이 감소하였다. 이는 원예치료가 노인들의 우울감 감소에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Regarding a 𝛼 wave change of a medical treatment hospital old patient and the results were monotonous in case of collation left brain, and were able to know alike difference, and brain wave was monotonous and the brain wave there was the difference that noted in case of experiment right brains in case of collation right brains, and were able to know in case of experimental left brain. A change was not in case of collation left brain, and there was the only difference in case of experimental left brain, and regarding a brain wave were stable disillusionment change of a medical treatment hospital old patient and results were able to know, and looked in case of collation right brains, and there was the only difference in case of experimental right brain. Regarding an inspection was able to know that the time which is grooved pegboard test in case of experiment that in time, increased that considered a stick outstanding in inspections for grooved pegboard test in case of collation
decreased. This was able to know that it was to for delicate hand movement
ability to have been improved through horticultural therapy. A hold ability
decreased in case of collation the hold evaluation which is, on the other hand,
experiment was able to know that a hold ability increased. This was able to
know that it was to what force of a hand ability of the aged by horticultural
therapy accomplishment was strengthened. The result of inspection for drawing
a vertical gland was decreased in case of collation, on the other hand, in case
of experiment the number was increased. A horticultural therapy increases
moves of a hand active. As time passed in case of collation the results of
depression criteria, depression increased, on the other hand, depression
decreased after horticultural therapy execution in case of experiment. We were
able to know that a horticultural therapy was effective against depression
decrease of the aged.
