청소년기의 열등감이 사회성과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Juvenile's Inferiority to their sociality and self efficacy

Juveniles are appreciated as a period of growth and maturity from pre-teenagers to adulthood.

Sensitive teenagers easily get the feeling of inferiority when they are compared to other comrade.

They are baffled from the first stage in society where appearance and academic clique are over emphasized.

But there are cases of successful overcoming inferiority with self efficacy which can lead to their accomplishment and contribution to community.

Until now, precedent research regarding adolescent inferiority, sociality and self efficacy is not yet enough.

This research will show the effect of juvenile's inferiority toward their sociality and self-efficacy.

You will see theoretical background, juvenile's trait, type categorization of adolescent inferiority, the relations between juvenile's inferiority and their sociality, and precedented research about self-efficacy.

The feeling of inferiority has upper-hand over self efficacy according to paper surveys of 200 students.

But inferiority in schoolwork doesn't influence enormously self efficacy.

Survey indicates that 2nd grade students are much concerned about their body, which means they have physical inferiority compared to others.

perception of domestic inferiority and social inferiority dwindles their courage and enthusiasm.

I hope, through this study, juveniles acknowledge their inferiority. Using this inferiority as a momentum and stepping stone, they can grow and be brought up well.

Their social inferiority weakens when they practice their self efficacy harmoniously in society while recognizing their merit and parameter.

I am sure this thesis will contribute to juvenile's successful self-development, identity restoration from their anguish and conflict caused by contemporary industrialized society.
