아동기 부모에 대한 내적표상이 기혼여성의 결혼만족도 및 우울에 미치는 영향 = Effects of the internal representation for the parent in childhood on depression and satisfaction of marriage

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기혼여성을 대상으로 아동기 부모에 대한 내적표상의 안정성에 따라 결혼만족도와 우울감의 차이가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다.
연구대상은 서울특별시 및 경기 지역에 거주하는 20대에서 60대의 연령분포의 기혼여성 115명이었다.
연구를 위해 부모표상 척도, 결혼만족도척도, 우울증 척도를 사용하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구학적 변인에서 볼 때 결혼형태에 따른 결혼만족도는 연애 결혼이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로는 중매 후 연애, 중매의 순으로 나타났다.
둘째, 인구학적 변인에서 볼 때 결혼형태와 우울정도는 기타의 결혼형태가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중매 결혼이 그 다음으로 우울이 높은 것으로 나타났고 연애, 중매 후 연애의 순으로 나타났다.
셋째, 모의 내적표상의 안정성과 결혼만족도는 모에 대한 내적 표상이 안정적인 집단이 불안정한 집단보다 유의하게 결혼에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 부의 내적표상의 안정성과 결혼만족도는 부에 대한 표상의 안정성에 따라서는 결혼만족도에 있어서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
다섯째, 모의 내적표상의 안정성과 우울정도는 모에 대한 표상이 안정적인 집단에 비해 불안정한 집단이 더 우울한 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 부의 내적표상의 안정성과 우울정도는 결혼생활에서의 우울정도와 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
결론적으로, 개인의 어린 시절 불안정하게 형성된 부모표상은 전생애적으로 영향을 미쳐 성인기에도 불안정한 애착을 형성할 가능성을 증가시킨다. 또한 이러한 불안정한 부모표상은 개인의 결혼생활에 부정적으로 작용하게 되고, 이것은 다시 우울증을 야기한다고 할 수 있다.
이러한 결과는 부모표상 측정을 위한 척도가 회고적이고, 우울감을 측정한 척도가 자기보고식이라는 제한점이 있지만 기혼여성의 아동기 부모에 대한 내적표상이 중요한 애착대상이 배우자로 변화된 상태에서도 영향력을 미친다는 것을 밝혀냈고, 기혼여성의 결혼생활과 우울증을 이해하고 개입하는데 시사점을 준다는 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the internal representation in childhood on the degree of depression and satisfaction of marriage.
The subject were 115 women whose age distributed twenty to sixty years old and lived in Seoul and Gyeonggi province.
The parent representation scale , marriage satisfaction scale and beck depression scale were administered to test the target of study.
The results of this study were as follows:
First, the degree of satisfaction of marriage was revealed that free choice type is highest and then half free choice and forced type were lowest .
Secondly, the degree of depression by the type of marriage were showed that forced type was experience most depression and free choic type was second level and mixed type was lowest.
Third, it was resulted that stable group of internal representation for mother showed higer satisfaction than unstable group.
Fourth, there was not significant difference between the stability of internal representation and the degree of satisfaction of marriage.
Fifth, the unstable group of internal representation for mother showed more depressive emotion than stable group.
Last, there was not significant result between the stability of internal representation for father and the degree of depression in marriage life.
It was suggested that unstable internal representation for mother in childhood affect the degree of satisfaction of marriage life.
It was revealed that the amount of depression may be increased by unstable internal representation for parent in childhood.
