Special education for the gifted a student who brilliant intellect department is competent person who can maintain individual's self materialization through education that is correct in talent and ability on early time, and contribute in country society development.
When see in educational dimension, talent has right to take teaching that coincide in mind special quality with own ability as well as cross. If see in private dimension, students who have excellent ability must offer an opportunity that can develop own ability to maximum, and realize self.
Will have to rear looking for talents who have excellent potency to secure country competitive power on keen international life in the fast lane in national dimension on immature jealousy.
Hereupon, this study was based on data and special education for the gifted engine's cooperation etc.. that analyze on the basis of literature about primary school brilliant intellect class parents' satisfaction and virtue study that compose from the Kyonggi Province Ministry of Education through questionnaire.
Major findings are as follows;
1. Special education for the gifted program 87.0% 'Very so' active satisfaction see. Among some parents, children's program that all family solved together and maintain peace of initiative development as well as home management proud.
2. Parents want to participate in special education for the gifted continually, education officials and relevant government ministry will have to prepare thoroughly that input improving course of instruction.
Children can know that hope continuation participation(82.6%) are adapting children in special education for the gifted, and displayed that education contents are hope.
3. Replied that ability that think as is correct and canny became fostering(65.2%). Brilliant intellect's accident ability is possible by analysis comprehension, criticism estimation, original idea application. Special education for the gifted must inspect whether have ability to take brilliant intellect class and studies. Special education for the gifted knows well course of instruction, and it is departure point that understand the contents properly.
