독거노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 생태체계요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Eco-systemic Factors Influencing the Quality of Life of the Aged Living Alone

The purpose of this study was to investigate 65 years old or more elderly people living alone in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do by questionnaire survey, and to examine the levels of ecosystem factors influencing the elderly's life quality and life quality and correlations between them, and to inspect differences of average of ecosystem factors and life quality depending upon the demographic characteristics of the elderly living alone, and to examine effects of each ecosystem factor upon the elderly's life quality. Therefore, the study supplied not only bases of the strategies that could understand overall situation of the elderly living alone by recognizing relations between the elderly and their environment to help the elderly, but also basic material of social welfare service programs that could improve life quality of the elderly to settle down.This study investigated ecosystem factors multilaterally that could have influence upon life quality of the elderly living alone.
