휴대폰 기반 M-Learning의 활성화를 위한 저작도구의 설계 및 구현

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The advancement of technology in the modern world, especially the computer and information and communication technology brought about the change of social paradigm. The knowledge-based society where the creation, acquisition, and use ability of information and knowledge is the base of social advancement becomes arrives. The ideal person who from like this society does in necessity is the person who equips a creativity, autonomy, and subjectivity. The person must be as a self-directed lifelong study learner and be a producer where is not a consumer of knowledge and think softly and openly and have a social ethics. In order to raise like this person, the role of education is very important to recognize, various methodology is presented such as e-learning, mobile learning, and ubiquitous learning.
In this study, it is proposed a hypothesis that m-learning contents production being hard and the lack of contents are one of cause that mobile phone is not applied enough with the studying tool, in spite of as the studying tool it has various strong points such as the penetration rate, mobility, and instant connectivity. In the web which is friendly to everybody will produce M-Learning contents only with click some time and if it will be able to process, it will help in revitalization m-learning as the individual fixed contents production is possible and the number of contents increased. Besides, the produced contents is managed in form of a learning object, anyone can search and study using a mobile phone. This inherits the spirit of e-learning 2.0 opening, joint ownership and participation. With to open the dialogue possibility of the student and instructor, is not a one-sided system but a both direction system and it can be called a simple LMS of m-learning which manages m-learning.
It will be able to practice the origin goal of e-learning which provided studying in the various method in the studying people who have the various demand through this system and will contribute the raising an ideal person who from like the knowledge based society does in necessity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 사회에서의 기술의 발달, 특히 컴퓨터와 정보 통신 기술의 발달은 사회 패러다임의 변화를 초래하였다. 정보와 지식의 창출과 습득, 이용 능력이 사회 발달의 기반이 되는 지식 기반사회가 도래한 것이다. 이러한 지식 기반사회에서 필요로 하는 인간상은 창의성과 자율성, 그리고 주체성을 갖춘 사람이라고 볼 수 있다. 이는 지식의 소비자가 아닌 생산자로서 자기 주도적인 평생학습자임과 동시에, 유연하고 개방적인 사고를 하고 높은 윤리성을 지닌 사람이어야 할 것이다. 이러한 인재상을 길러 내기 위해서 교육의 역할이 매우 중요함을 인식하고, 전통적인 교육 방법에서 벗어나 이러닝, 모바일러닝, 유비쿼터스 러닝 등을 이용한 다양한 방법론이 제시되고 있다.
본 논문에서는 높은 보급률과 이동성, 즉시 접속성 등 휴대폰이 학습 도구로서 가지는 다양한 장점에도 불구하고, 학습 도구로 충분히 활용되지 못하고 있는 이유를 M-Learning 콘텐츠의 부족 및 콘텐츠 제작의 어려움 등으로 보고 이에 대한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 누구에게나 친근한 웹에서 단지 클릭 몇 번으로 M-Learning 콘텐츠를 제작하고 가공할 수 있다면, 개인별 맞춤 콘텐츠 제작도 가능하고, 콘텐츠 수도 늘어나 M-Learning 활성화에 도움을 줄 것이다. 또한 제작된 콘텐츠는 하나의 학습 객체의 형태로 관리되어 누구나 휴대폰을 통해 검색하여 학습할 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 웹 2.0에서 교육 분야에까지 영향을 준 이러닝 2.0의 개방과 공유, 참여의 정신과 일맥상통한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 일방적 콘텐츠 제공이 아니라, 학습자와 교수자간의 대화 가능성도 열어 둠으로써 양방향성 시스템이며, 간단한 학습 관리도 가능한 M-Learning의 LMS라고도 할 수 있겠다. 본 시스템을 통해 다양한 요구를 가진 학습자들에게 다양한 방식으로 학습을 제공하는 이러닝의 본래 목적을 실천할 수 있을 것이며, 지식 기반사회에서 필요로 하는 인재상을 키워 나가는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
