부모-자녀간 의사소통이 아동의 완벽주의 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향 = (The) effect of parent-children communication on child's perfectionism and interpersonal relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 부모와의 의사소통과 완벽주의 성향이 대인 관계와 깊은 관련이 있다는 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 부모와의 의사소통과 완벽주의 성향 그리고 대인관계가 각각 어떤 관계에 있는지 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다.
부모와의 의사소통이 아동의 완벽주의 성향의 주요 원인이라는 이론적 배경과 부모와의 의사소통과 아동의 완벽주의 성향이 대인관계에 직접적인 영향을 준다는 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 부모와의 의사소통이 아동의 완벽주의를 형성하고 그 완벽주의가 대인관계에 영향을 미친다는 매개모형을 가설로 설정한 후 검증을 실시하였다.
초등학교 5, 6학년 357명을 대상으로 설문을 통해 실시된 연구 결과, 기존 연구와 마찬가지로 개방형 의사소통과 문제형 의사소통이 대인관계에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개방형 의사소통은 자기 지향적 완벽주의와 유의한 상관이 있었고, 문제형 의사소통은 사회 부과적 완벽주의와 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 또한 개방형 의사소통은 자기지향적 완벽주의를 매개로 하여 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 의의는 부모와의 의사소통과 완벽주의 성향이 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 과정을 보다 구체적이고 세밀하게 살펴보고 각각의 변인이 대인관계에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지 그 조망을 제공하는 데에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between Parent-Adolescent Communication, Perfectionism, Interpersonal Relationship. The background of this study is they were show deep relationship in early study.
This study based on Parent-Adolescent Communication influence on Perfectionism, and Parent-Adolescent Communication and Perfectionism also influence on Interpersonal Relationship. It was show in early study. The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating model. It is a hypothesis of this study like that. Parent-Adolescent make their children to be Perfectionism and Perfectionism affect Interpersonal Relationship.
357 elementary school students(only 5-6grade) participated in the study. like in early study at this study show that, open family communication style and problem family communication style have influence on Interpersonal Relationship. Also, open family communication style have deep relationship with self-orented perfectionism and problem family communication style have deep relationship with socially-orented perfectionism. Also, open family communication style influence on Interpersonal Relationship through the intermediary of self-orented perfectionism.
Complete of this study is to see the process of Parent-Adolescent Communication and Perfectionism influence on Interpersonal Relationship and shows a viewpoint each factors how to influence on Interpersonal Relationship.
