대학생의 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 진로 선택과 결정에 있어서 중요한 시기라고 할 수 있는 대학생을 대상으로 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통해 대학생의 진로지도 및 상담을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하여 대학생의 진로발달 수준을 높이는데 목적이 있다.
본 연구는 이러한 목적을 바탕으로 대학생의 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감의 관계를 탐구해 보는 것으로 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감은 어떠한 관계가 있는가?
둘째, 대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로정체감은 어떠한 관계가 있는가?
셋째, 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감은 어떠한 관계가 있는가?
넷째, 사회적 지지 제공자가 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
본 연구를 위해 서울, 경기 및 천안에 위치한 4개의 4년제 대학교에서 대학생 280명을 대상으로 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로정체감 수준 정도를 측정하였다.
연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 사회적지지와 진로결정 자기효능감을 살펴본 결과 사회적지지와 진로결정 자기효능감과 관련이 있으며, 사회적지지와 진로정체감 역시 관련이 있다. 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 4가지 하위변인인 정서적, 평가적, 정보적, 물질적 지지 중에서 부, 모, 친구의 평가지지와 정보지지가 진로결정자기효능감과 상관 관계가 높았다.
둘째, 사회적지지와 진로정체감과의 관계에서 사회적지지의 4개의 하위변인 중에서 부, 모, 친구의 평가적지지와 정보적 지지가 진로정체감과 상관관계가 높았다.
셋째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위변인 중 진로정체감과 상관관계가 가장 높게 나온 변인은 목표설정이었고, 진로정체감의 하위변인 중에서 진로결정자기효능감과 상관관계가 가장 높게 나온 변인은 자신의 이해로 나타났다.
넷째, 사회적 지지 제공자가 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지 제공자는 부지지, 친구지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 예측 변인으로 나타났고, 친구지지는 진로정체감에 유의한 예측변인으로 나타남을 알 수 있다.
이 연구는 대학생의 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감과 관계가 있으며, 진로발달 단계의 과업을 잘 수행하기 위해서 친구, 어머니, 아버지의 적극적인 격려와 지지가 매우 중요하기 때문에, 이러한 의미 있는 타인의 사회적 지지가 지속적으로 유지되어야함을 나타낸다. 그리고 부모와의 관계뿐만 아니라 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감에 많은 영향을 미치는 친구와의 관계가 원만할 수 있도록 교육 및 진로상담 현장에서 도와주어 대학생의 진로발달 수준을 높이도록 돕는데 의의가 있다.

In this study, the purpose is to find the relationship between social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career identity of university students who are in the critical time in the choice and determination of their Through this study, we provide the basic information to university students' career instruction and counselling and we aimed at heighten the level of university students' career development.
This study searches for the relationship between social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of university students. The study questions are following:
First, the relationship of social support and career decision-making self-efficacy of university students
Second, the relationship of social support and career identity of university students
Third, the relationship of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of university students
Forth, the influence of social support provider to career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity
For this study, we measured the level of social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of 280 students in the 4 universities which locate in Seoul, Kyungki provence and Cheonan.
The results are like those:
First, social support and career decision-making self-efficacy has a relation and also social support and career identity has relation. in the relation of social support and career decision-making self-efficacy there are 4 sub-variables which are emotional support, evaluation support, informational support, and material support. Among those varibles, parents' and friends' evaluation and information support are high related with career decision-making self-efficacy.
Second, in the relationship of social support and career identity, parents' and friends' evaluation and information support are high relatied with career identity.
Third, in the relation career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity, goal-setting are high relatied with career identity.
Forth, in the influence of social support provider on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity, father support and friend support are the significant predictable variable to the career decision-making. And friend support is the significant predictable variable to the career identity.
In this study, relationship between social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career identity of university students, also we found that friends and parents encouragement and support are very important to implement the task of career development stage and these important persons' social support is continued constantly. And we found that it is important that we help students to go well with their friends which influence on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity like parents, in the school and career counselling to heighten the level of university students career development.
