놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력이 내담아동 부모에 대한 역전이 감정에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Play Therapist's Countertransference Management Ability About Countertransference Feeling by Client Children's Parents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력이 내담아동 부모에 대한 역전이 감정에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다.
연구의 대상은 아동상담소, 소아정신과 내 놀이치료실, 복지관 내 상담실, 연구소, 대학부설 놀이치료실 등에서 현재 놀이치료를 실시하고 있는 놀이치료자 109명을 대상으로 하였다.
놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력을 측정하기 위해 CFI(Counter-transference Factors Inventory)를 장세미(1999)가 번안한 것을 사용하였다. 내담아동 부모에 대한 놀이치료자의 역전이 감정을 측정하기 위해 FC(Feeling Checklist)를 이소연(2001)이 번안, 수정․보완한 것을 사용하였다.
수집된 자료는 SAS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력과 내담아동 부모에 대한 역전이 감정의 전반적인 경향을 살펴보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력과 역전이 감정의 관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였고, 역전이 관리 능력의 하위요인들이 역전이 감정의 하위요인들에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.

본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1) 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리 능력에 따라 내담아동 부모에 대한 역전이 감정에서 차이를 보였다. 첫째, 자기통찰 수준이 높을수록 가까운 역전이 감정의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 자기통합과 공감능력 수준이 높을수록 자율적인 역전이 감정의 정도가 높았다.
셋째, 불안관리 수준이 높을수록 긍정적인, 따뜻한, 자율적인 역전이 감정의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타난 반면 부정적 역전이 감정은 낮은 것을 보여주었다.
넷째, 개념화기술 수준이 높을수록 자율적인 역전이 감정과 거리를 둔 역전이 감정의 정도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

2) 역전이 관리 능력의 하위요인들이 역전이 감정의 하위요인들에 미치는 영향력은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 긍정적인 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 불안관리가 나타났다.
둘째, 부정적인 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 불안관리의 설명력이 가장 컸으며, 자기통찰이 그 다음이었다.
셋째, 따듯한 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 불안관리가 나타났다.
넷째, 자율적인 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 불안관리가 나타났다.
다섯째, 거리를 둔 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 공감능력의 설명력이 가장 컸으며, 개념화기술이 그 다음이었다.
여섯째, 가까운 역전이 감정을 유의미하게 설명해주는 요인으로 자기통찰이 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of play therapist's countertransference management ability about countertransference feeling by client children's parents.
The subject of this research are 109 play therapists who are working at child counseling centers, play therapy department of child psychiatry hospitals, counseling part in the social welfare centers, play therapy center for training in the universities, and play therapy research institutes.
The CFI(Countertransference Factors Inventory) that was translated by Semi Chang(1999) was used for measuring the play therapist's countertransference management ability. The FC(Feeling Checklist) that was translated, modified, and completed by Soyeon Lee(2001) was used for measuring the play therapist's counteretransference feeling by client children's parents.
The colltected data was analyzed by the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System). The frequency and percentage were calculated to investigate the general characteristics of the subject's countertransference management ability about countertransference feeling by client children's parents. For the examination of relationship between subject's countertransference management ability and countertransference feeling, Pearson's correlation was carried out. Also stepwise regression was conducted for survey the effect of sub-factors of countertransferece management ability about sub-factors of countertransferece feeling.
The results of this study are as follows.
1) Play therapist's countertransference management ability affects countertransference feeling by client children's parents. First, the higher self-insight ability makes the closer countertransference feeling.
Second, the higher play therapists have self-integration and empathy ability, the better they feel autonomous countertransference feeling.
Third, subjects who have higher anxiety-management ability feel more positive, warm and autonomous. But they have less negative countertransference feeling.
Fourth, the higher conceptualizing skills ability allows the more autonomous and distant countertransference feeling.

2) The influence of sub-factors of countertransference management ability about sub-factors of countertransference feeling is as follows. First, it was showed that the anxiety-management ability affects to the positive countertransference feeling.
Second, it was showed that the anxiety-management ability affects mostly to the negative countertransference feeling, and then the self-insight ability affects secondly.
Third, it was showed that the anxiety-management ability affects to the warm countertransference feeling.
Fourth, it was showed that the anxiety-management ability affects to the autonomous countertransference feeling.
Fifth, it was showed that the empathy ability affects mostly to the distant countertransference feeling, and then the conceptualizing skills ability affects secondly.
Sixth, it was showed that the self insight ability affects the close countertransference feeling.
