개인적인 성향에 따른 노후생활 대책 = Retirement Plan According to Personal Propensity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라의 고령화 현상의 두드러진 양상은 서구 선진국에 비해 고령화기간이 매우 빠르다는 점이며, 이는 그만큼 고령화 사회에 대한 적극적인 노후준비와 대책이 서둘러 이루어져야 함을 의미하므로, 본 연구에서는 개인이 가지고 있는 성향에 따라 노후생활 대책에 관한 의식의 차이를 알아보고, 노후준비의 필요성을 인식시키고 바람직한 노후생활대책의 방향을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.
연구의 대상은 부산광역시에 거주하는 30세 이상 60세 미만의 공무원, 공기업, 사립학교교직원, 서비스업 종사자 236명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다.
개인적인 성향을 알아보기 위해 군집분석을 실시하여, 개방적인 성향과 보수적인 성향의 두 집단으로 나누어 노후생활 대책의 의식에 관하여 비교하였다.
첫째, 개인적인 성향 즉 보수주의 유형의 사람들과 개방적인 유형의 사람들간에 인구사회학적 특징의 차이에서는 성별에서(p=0.006) 남자보다 여자가, 연령에서는(p=0.004) 나이가 어릴수록, 학력(p=0.033)이 높을수록 개방주의 유형이 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
둘째, 두 그룹간에 노후생활에 대한 의식의 차이에서 ‘노후생활 대책시기’에 대해 개방적일수록 젊었을때부터 노후대책을 세워야 한다는 경향이 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의한(p=0.028) 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, ‘노후를 준비하는 이유’에 대해 개방적 유형의 사람들은 ‘취미생활 등 노후의 생활을 풍요롭게 하기 위해서’가 50.6%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 보수주의 유형의 사람들은 ‘노후를 자녀에게 의지하지 않고 스스로 해결하기 위해서’가 60.9%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한(p=0.026) 차이가 있었으며, 현재의 성인들은 자신의 노후에 대해 자녀에게 의지하지 않으려는 의식이 뚜렷하고 좀 더 나아가 노후의 생활을 풍요롭게 하기 위한 나름대로의 노후생활을 준비하고 노후를 즐기려는 의식을 엿볼 수 있다.
본 연구 결과 개인적인 성향에 따라 노후생활대책에 차이가 나타남으로, 중년층의 안정적 노후준비의 필요성을 인식시키고 바람직한 노후대책을 준비하기 위한 복지대책 수립시 개인적 성향에 맞는 맞춤 대책이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aging process of the society is proceeding faster than advanced countries in Western so it is urgent to prepare retirement life plan. This study was, I examined the differences between individual's retirement life plan according to their propensity and the purpose of the study is to alert them the necessity of the preparation and to suggest the appropriate direction of the retirement life plan.
263 people who reside in Busan and are over 30 years old but under 60 years old were survey.
Cross analysis was proceeded to compare the differences of consciousness according to individual's propensity and social population characteristics.
First, between open minded group and conservative group, the differences of social population characteristic were shown that the group of men(p＜0.01, p=0.006) compared to women, the young (p＜0.01, p=0.004) and the highly educated people were more open minded. And, there was a significant difference statistically.
Second, in terms of individual's propensity, there was a difference between open minded group and conservative group. Open minded group thought that from their twenties to thirties they should prepare after retirement's life. However, conservative group thought mostly that the preparation of their retirement would start from their forties to fifties. There was a p=0.028 of statistic difference.
There was also a difference in the reason of preparing retirement. 50.6% of open minded group answered that they prepare retirement to secure the aged life and enjoy their leisure time. However, conservative group answered that they would prepared the retirement not to depend on their child and the percentage reached to 60.9%. Statistically, there is shown((p=0.026) difference. It seems that currently, people(adults) thinks they have to prepare their retirerment to enjoy their golden years and not to depend on their children.
It is still not enough in the area of study on this subject but this study revealed that there is a difference according to individual's propensity so it is necessary to let people know the importance of preparation. Also, the study will be helpful to set the basic material of welfare plan which reflected individual's propensity.
