Despite the importance of Organizational cultures, its relationship with and organizational culture, little empirical research has been done. In particular, few studies tested the relationship of corporate culture with formalization and the mediating effect of formalization and organizational culture on three outcome variables.
Thus, this study is focused on the effects of organizational cultures on output variables.
Concretely the concept, components and patterns of an organzational culture were examined, and the concept and patterns of an organizational divergence were also examined closely with the investigation of the previous studies concerning an organizational culture and organizational performance.
And the researcher conducted the questionnair survey for the comparative analysis of an organizational culture types.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows :
Development culture has the gretest affected organizational performance.
Second, the divergence of the organizations are, positively effected their performances.
Third, the perceived strength in four organizational culture types is not always related to the high performances.
Lastly, of interaction effects between divergence and each organizational culture type, the mediating term between divergence and organizational culture type is found to be significantly positively related to all output variables.
