      The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Self-Expression Training program on school adjustment and stress coping skill of vocational high school students. To achieve the object of the study two hypothesis were suggested based on the preceded studies and related literature.
      So that, the hypothesis in this study were as follows:
      1. A Self-Expression Training program might have an effect on increase in school adjustment of vocational high school students.
      2. A Self-Expression Training program might have an effect on increase in stress coping skill of vocational high school students.
      The research design to verify the hypothesis of this study is a variant of pre-test, post-test and further-test experiment design. The sample of this study were 2 classes first graders of D vacational high school in Dong-gu, Daegu. They were divided into two groups by their class ; the counseling group and the comparative group. Each of groups consists of 10 people.
      The counseling group takes the tests and participate in the counseling based on the program, one time a week over eleven weeks. The instrument of this study was Self-Expression Training program pertinent to vocational to high school students, constructed by this assertor, was applied. For statistics, SPSS for windows 12.0 is used as measurement and data processing means and the statistical significance level was set at .05. In data analysis, the study based on pre-test, post-test, and further-test, was to measure the effect of school adjustment and stress coping skill.
      In considering other theories and the results of other researches together, the conclusions of this study are as follows:
      1. The self-expression training program has an effect on improving school adjustment of Vocational High School Students.
      2. The self-expression training program has an effect on improving stress coping skill of Vocational High School Students.
