골프 코스관리 비용 분석 = Analysis of Maintenance Expense at Golf Courses

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 골프장의 적정 코스관리 비용을 구명하고 골프장의 규모 및 운영형태에 따라 코스관리 비용의 표준 모델을 구축하는데 있다. 국내 골프장 29개의 홀당 내장객당 비용과 골프장 8개의 항목별 및 장소별 비용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 홀당 내장객이 증가할수록 홀당 내장객당 비용이 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다.
2. 골프장 코스관리 비용을 결정하는 인자는 연내장객, 코스면적, 운영형태, 코스 자동화 시설 등이다.
3. 골프장의 단위면적당 코스관리 비용은 869원이었다.
4. 8개 골프장의 홀당 평균 코스관리 비용은 44,325천원이었다.
5. 골프장 코스관리 비용중 인건비 비중이 가장 높았으며 인건비중 그린의 볼마크 보수 인건비가 홀당 평균 4,163천원(26%)으로 가장 높았다.
6. 골프장 총 코스면적의 평균 30% 정도를 차지하는 페어웨이에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 22%~44%이며 그중 수입비료, 병충해 방제 농약, 배토용 모래 등의 구입비가 가장 많았다.
7. 총 코스면적의 평균 2% 정도를 차지하는 그린에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 28%~36%이며, 입자형비료, 미량원소비료, 토양개량제 등 의 수입 제품으로 인해 그 구입비가 가장 많았다.
8. 농약 대용으로 미생물, 키토산 등의 친환경제제가 대신 사용된 경우 비용에서는 큰 차이가 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study are to study the reasonable maintenance expense of golf course and suggest the standard model for the maintenance expense according to the size and management system of each golf course. The maintenance cost per hole per golfer of 29 golf courses and the maintenance cost for items and locations of 8 golf courses were analyzed.
1. As golfers per hole increased, maintenance cost per hole per golfer decreased.
2. The decisive cost factors for maintenance cost of golf course are the number of annual golfers, the total course dimension, the management system, and automation of course facilities.
3. Maintenance cost per square meter cost for golf courses and the landscaping areas except for building and parking lots is 869 Korean won.
4. Average maintenance cost per hole of 8 golf courses is 44,325 thousand Korean won.
5. Labor cost marked the largest portion of the total cost. Among the items of labor cost, average labor cost per hole for the maintenance on green ball mark was the highest with the ratio of 26%(4,163 thousand Korean won).
6. Material cost for Fairways which reaches 30% of the total dimensions was composed of 22%~44% out of the total cost. Cost of imported fertilizers, pestcides for insects and diseases, and sands for top dressing was the highest.
7. Material cost for Green which reaches 2% of the total dimensions was composed of 28%~36% out of the total cost. Cost of imported products such as particle-shaped fertilizers, micro mineral fertilizers, and soil conditioners was the highest.
8. There is no difference in cost between chemical fertilizers and the environmentally friendly fertilizers because environmentally friendly fertilizers using microorganism or chitosan materials are also expensive.
