Purposes of this study were;
To grasp the technology power which has to be intensified in order to get the success of company. And to solve the problem inside company, it's important to understand which technology power affect the small-medium company's success.
Results of this study were;
First, product processing and organization management had a high effect on the competitive advantage. So we need to create the conditions for performing compounded jobs.
Second, production process, organization management and product processing had a significant effect on growth of firm. So we had better build the diversified operation to improve the employees' morale and social perception.
Third, reliability and solidarity had a significant effect on the price advantage and the cooperative foreign relation has a significant effect on the production technology advantage. So building the reliability is a crucial factor.
Fourth, solidarity, reliability and importance had a significant effect on the firm's growth. And solidarity and reliability had a significant effect on the innovation.
Fifth, innovation had a high effect on the firm's growth. So it's important to build the long-term plans for achieving the firm's goal instead of the short-term plans with myopia.
Suggestions for future study are following.
First, the depth study is needed in order to measure and classify the small-medium firms' technology power.
Second, we need to study which technology power should be intensified concerning the firms' condition and business.
