체육교사의 지도유형에 따른 중학생의 체육수업 만족도 = (The)middle school students' satisfaction on physical education class according to the teaching pattern

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육교사 지도유형과 중학생의 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 규명하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2008년 현재 서울·경기 지역에 소재한 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 374명이 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 수집을 위한 도구는 설문지이며, 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용된 통계기법은 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 그리고 다중회귀분석 등이었다.
이상과 같은 절차를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 중학생의 개인적 특성에 따라 인식하는 체육교사 지도유형은 학년에 따라서는 사회·민주형과 긍정적 보상형에서, 성별에 따라서는 사회·민주형, 훈련 및 지시형, 전제적 행동형에서, 교사 성별에 따라서는 훈련 및 지시형, 긍정적 보상형에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 중학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 체육수업 만족도는 학년에 따라서는 교수행동 만족에서, 성별에 따라서는 운동능력, 체육성적 만족에서, 교사 성별에 따라서는 체육환경, 운동능력 만족에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 체육교사 지도유형은 체육수업 만족도 하위요인인 교수행동, 체육환경, 운동만족, 체육성적 만족에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is the relation both of physical teaching patterns by teacher and middle school students’ satisfaction from physical education class.
For getting best results from this study, the three hundred seventy-four middle school students, Seoul and Kyungki-do, were attended to this study(2008).
The methods of getting information are questionnaire and statistics, factor analysis and Cronbach's α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Multiple Regression analysis, and so on, to analyze those topics.
The conclusion which is based on the result of the study is like this:
First of all, there are points of difference which the middle school students’are recognized to physical education teaching patterns for teacher according to their characteristics; for example, social-democratic behavior and positive feedback behavior on each grades, social-democratic behavior, training and instruction behavior, autocratic behavior by gender, and training and instruction behavior, positive feedback behavior by gender of teachers.
Secondly, the middle school students are satisfied by attitude of teacher on each grade, the physical abilities and the great score of physical class by gender, and the environment of activities and satisfaction of physical ability by gender of teachers.
Finally, the teaching patterns by physical education teacher affect students a similar results to the attitude of teacher, the environment of activities, the physical satisfaction, and the great score satisfied at the class that is the factor of low satisfaction at the class.
