지역사회 중심 청소년 복지 욕구에 관한 연구 : 인천광역시 부평구 중심으로 = Research on the needs for the welfare of youth in local community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역사회 중심에서 청소년들 대상으로 복지 욕구를 조사하여 복지 서비스 제공자에게 청소년들의 복지 욕구를 밝혀 복지수요와 복지공급의 최적조건을 달성하기 위한 것으로 조사 범위는 인천광역시 부평구 거주하는 청소년들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 조사지역인 인천광역시 부평구는 지역간에도 차이가 있으므로 그중에서도 복지 욕구 수요가 많은 행정권 4권역 지역을 대상으로 청소년 복지 욕구를 조사 실시하여 청소년 복지 정책 및 프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공하는 목적을 둔다.
연구의 방법은 문헌 조사와 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 문헌 조사는 이론적 고찰을 통해 지역사회와 청소년, 청소년 복지와 복지 욕구의 전반적 이론적 배경을 문헌으로 수집, 분석하였고, 지역사회 부평구 사례를 중심으로 지역사회 특성과 지역사회 활용자원에 관한 자료를 사회지표조사 및 행정자료조사로 파악하였다. 부평구 청소년의 복지 욕구 분석은 서베이 방식으로 조사하여 부평구에 살고 있는 중, 고등학생 197명을 설문 대상으로 활용하였고, Alderfer의 욕구분류 체제인 생존욕구, 성장욕구, 관계욕구를 설문 구성의 내용으로 조사 실시하였다. 조사 대상자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 복지 욕구는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 백분율, 빈도분석(Simple Frequency), 카이제곱 검정(Chi-sqare Test)으로 통계 분석하여 알아보았다.
분석한 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 생존욕구에 따른 식생활 만족은 가족소득에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 주거생활 만족 및 실태에 관련하여 교급별과 가족수에 따라 유의미한 차이로 나타났고, 건강상태에 대한 유해물질 경험도는 성별과 교급별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 경제생활 실태에 대한 용돈 만족은 교급별로 유의미한 차이를 나타났고 용돈과 관련한 경제생활 실태에 따라 가족소득과 성별의 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다.
둘째, 성장욕구에 따른 직업으로 가장 희망하는 것은 변인별로 유의미한 차이가 없었으며, 진로지도 실태에 따라 교급별, 성별에 따른 유의미한 차이가 나타났고 학업실태는 변인별 유의미한 차이가 없었다.
셋째, 관계욕구에 따른 지역사회복지서비스 관련하여 지역사회 만족도는 거주기간별로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으며, 지역사회에서 청소년들의 심각한 문제에 대해서는 성별과 교급별의 유의미한 차이를 나타냈고, 문제에 대한 해결 대처 방안에 대해서 성별과 거주기간의 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 우선적으로 필요한 복지서비스에 대해 성별과 교급별의 유의미한 차이를 나타냈고, 지역사회 청소년들의 필요한 프로그램에 대해서는 변인별 유의미한 차이가 없었다.
본 연구 결과에 대한 함의는 부평구 지역적 특성에 근거한 실태분석과 정책적 제언, 사업 방향의 시사점을 도출할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this research is to establish the optimum condition of welfare supply and demand by acknowledging welfare service providers with the right welfare needs of youth in local community. The data of this research was sampled exclusively from Pupyeong resident youth. For Pupyeong ward itself has various different features among its administrative districts, the data was collected mainly from the administrative district-4 which has the most desperate welfare needs to provide preliminary data for welfare program and policy.
The methods of this research were based on the both documentary and questionnaire survey. The documentary survey was focused on the general theoretical background on local community and youth, youth welfare and welfare needs. The data collected were analyzed by theoretical consideration. With the examples of Pupy대ng ward, the feature of local community and its practical use were acquired through social indicator research and administration research.
The analysis of the welfare needs of youth in Pupyeong was carried out with the questionnaire survey from 197 middle and highschool students. The survey was classified into existence needs, growth needs and relatedness needs, based on the Alderfer's need theory. And such analytic techniques as percent, simple frequency, Chi-square test were used to find out the differences of welfare needs according to the features in sociology of population.
The summary of study findings are as follows:
First, the satisfaction of dietary life according to the existence needs differs by family income differences, the satisfaction of housing life differs by grade and the number of family members, experience of hazardous substances differs by sexuality and grade, the satisfaction of the amount of allowance differs by grade, the satisfaction of economic life differs by family income and sexuality.
Second, in growth needs, there were no significant differences in terms of the choice of career and the condition of schoolworks. However, slight differences were shown in the condition of life course counseling and in sexuality and grade.
Third. in relation to local community welfare service according to relatedness needs, the satisfaction of local community was differed by the period of residence, serious problems occurred among youth differs by sexuality and grade, the method of solution to the problem differs by sexuality and the period of residence, the preferred welfare service differs by sexuality and grade, and no differences for the program needed for the youth in local community.
This study helps to provide the actual analysis of distinctive features of Pupeong for the further political proposal and implication of business.
