UCC 제작을 통한 중국어 교수-학습 모형 개발

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The recognition of styles of people has been changing with the development of media. The young people who grew up with computers are called the ‘Game Generation’ and are recognized to be clearly different from the older generation. They are not learners from childhood who used to “eat azaleas, play in the water and chase squirrels”. Despite this apparent change of learners, the style of learning is still meager in the Chinese education.
The question starts from what is the best efficient method of learning and teaching which could lead interesting and participation of ‘Game Generation’ and decided UCC methods as the suitable methods for learners who have been changed in their growth environment and in their learning and knowing styles.
Especially, UCC as learning and teaching of media is more focused on the performance of students as a catalyst instead only focus on using of media. To bring a better systematic perform, this research applies task-based language teaching and blended learning which is combined education with online and offline.
Chapter I address the purpose of learning and teaching Chinese and the necessity of the research produced by UCC. The research targets middle school and high school students. It addresses how to study learning and teaching Chinese and the learning model by considering the beginners to the medial learners through production of UCC.
Chapter II addresses the definition and type of UCC and its effects in foreign language education and the central task of learning and teaching language as the standard of this model.
Chapter III addresses usage of UCC as learning and teaching and infrastructure as media. First, it researched the behavior of UCC usage of teachers and students, the production status, UCC production by language training, and learning case of the media seen as a leverage situation. Second, it provided UCC using the web bulletin design model as learning and teaching of media to use based on Cyworld and presented to the new Web feedback.
Chapter Ⅳ addresses the procedures of the present model that can be used in actual classrooms, which presented specific models by separating Text, which is relatively easy to produce mixed media, with each other for personal activities, Audio, Image UCC, and Video UCC, which is complicated and time consuming.
UCC is a very attractive medium of learning and teaching method to help develop listening, speaking, reading, writing and communication skills using the text, audio, image, video media and multimedia devices that add large value to the development of web service to build and easily induce the ignition of the learner’s participation. Despite these benefits, however, there is no research in the field of Chinese education because the UCC concept is a new phase.
Even though studying of foreign languages and other subject which already have been researched, most of researches use UCC as a media. Therefore, I am looking forward to people that develop learning and teaching of Chinese and introduce the learning model through production of UCC.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

매체의 발달과 함께 사람들의 인지스타일 또한 변화하고 있다. 특히 어려서부터 컴퓨터와 함께 자란 현재의 청소년들은 ‘게임세대’라 불리며 기존 세대와는 확연히 다른 인지적 변화를 보인다. 그들은 더 이상 ‘진달래 먹고, 물장구 치고, 다람쥐 쫓던’ 어린 시절을 보낸 학습자가 아니다. 그러나 이렇게 학습자의 인지스타일이 확연히 변화하였음에도 불구하고, 중국어 교육에서는 그들에게 적합한 교수·학습 방법에 관한 연구가 아직 미미하다.
이에 본 연구는 이러한 ‘게임세대’의 학습 흥미와 참여를 이끌 수 있는 효과적인 교수·학습 방안은 무엇일까·라는 의문에서 출발하여 그들의 성장 환경과 변화된 인지스타일에 적합한 'UCC(User Created Ccontents)'를 교수매체로 선정하였다. 특히 교수매체로서 UCC의 선정은 단순한 매체의 활용에 그치기보다 제작의 측면에 중점을 두어 학습자의 수행을 이끌어내는 촉매제로서 선정하였으며, 체계적인 수행을 이끌어내기 위해 ‘과업 중심 언어 교수법(Task-based Language Teaching)'과 온·오프라인 혼합 교육인 ’블랜디드 러닝(Blended Learning)'을 적용하여교수·학습 모형을 개발하고자 하였다.
우선 Ⅰ장에서는 UCC 제작을 통한 중국어 교수Ⅰ학습의 필요성과 연구 목적을 밝혔다. 중·고등학교 학습자를 연구 대상으로 하며 초급부터 중급까지를 고려하여 UCC제작을 통한 중국어 교수·학습 모형에 대해 어떻게 연구할 것인지 제시하였다.
Ⅱ장에서는 UCC의 정의 및 종류를 정리하고, UCC의 외국어 학습매체로서 기대되는 효용성 및 본 모형의 기반이 되는 과업 중심 언어 교수법에 대하여 살펴보았다.
Ⅲ장에서는 UCC의 교수매체로서의 활용 실태 및 기반사항에 대해 알아보았다. 먼저 교사와 학생의 UCC 이용행태 및 제작 현황과 언어 교육에서의 UCC제작 교수·학습의 사례를 통해 교수매체로서의 활용 실태를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 UCC의 교수매체로서의 활용 기반 사항으로 싸이월드(Cyworld)를 활용한 웹 게시판 설계 모형을 제시하고 새로운 웹 피드백 방안을 제시하였다.
Ⅳ장에서는 실제 수업에서 활용될 수 있는 교수·학습 모형의 진행 절차를 제시하고, 비교적 매체끼리 혼합 제작이 쉽고 개인 활동에 적합한 텍스트(Text)·오디오(Audio)·이미지(Image) UCC와 제작 과정이 복잡하고 많은 시간이 소요되며, 모둠 활동에 적합한 동영상(Video) UCC로 구분하여 구체적 모형을 제시하였다.
UCC는 텍스트, 오디오, 이미지, 동영상 매체를 활용하여 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기의 의사소통 능력 배양을 돕는데 그 활용 가치가 크다. 또한, 멀티미디어 기기와 웹 서비스의 발달로 제작이 용이하며 학습자의 발화를 유도하고 참여를 이끌 수 있는 매력적인 교수매체이다. 그러나 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 아직 UCC에 대한 개념 역시 생소한 단계이기 때문에 중국어 교육 분야에서는 이에 대한 연구가 전무한 상태이다. 기타 외국어 교과의 연구를 살펴보아도 연구된 교수·학습 모형의 대부분이 동영상 UCC를 활용하는 것에 그치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 UCC 매체별 제작을 통한 중국어 교수·학습 모형을 소개하고, 앞으로 UCC 제작을 통한 다양한 교수·학습 모형이 개발되길 바란다.
