Inclusion is a social phenomena based on zeitgeist. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the correlation between recognition toward people with disabilities and attitudes toward inclusion for the secondary level school teachers. The two questionnaires with each of 15 questions were developed for this study. 206 teachers which were working for the secondary level school teachers were participated for this study. One-way Anova was utilized for this study. The results of this study was that: (a) the recognition of the secondary level school teachers toward people with disabilities was influenced by the teaching experience years. However, there were any relationships with sex, age, teaching experiences in special class, teaching experience for students with disabilities, and related education for special education; (b) the secondary level school teachers understood the necessary of the inclusion environments for students with disabilities, however, there were no interests toward relative special education; and (c) there were relationships between recognition for people with disabilities and the necessary of the inclusion for students with disabilities in the secondary level. Therefore this study concluded that the secondary level school teachers should be educated with special education for effective teaching to students with disabilities.
