Vocabulary is an important part of language and a tool for assessment in all curriculums. The purpose of this study was to illustrate the effects on created nursery tale with vocabulary association ability to improve vocabulary for children with learning disability. Three children with learning disability, two second grade and one third grade were participated for this study. Pre- and post-test were utilized. The twelve created nursery tale with association ability was developed for twelve weeks, and Korea Standard Vocabulary Test was utilized for this study. The result of this study were that: (a) the created nursery tale with vocabulary association ability was effective to improve receptive vocabulary for children with learning disability; and (b) the created nursery tale with vocabulary association ability was effective to improve expressive vocabulary for children with learning disability. Therefore this study concluded that in order to improve vocabulary ability for children with learning disability, the created nursery tale using vocabulary association ability by students is effective.
