프로야구 관람요인과 이벤트가 재 관람의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 프로야구 관람자의 행동 특성을 파악하고, 이벤트와 관람요인이 관람자에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출한 후, 프로야구 관람자를 증대 시키는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 두산 베어스의 홈구장인 서울 잠실야구장과 롯데자이언트의 홈구장인 부산 사직야구장에서 열리는 경기의 직접 관람자를 대상으로 하였으며, 대상의 표집은 표본선정은 단순무작위추출법(simple random sampling method)을 이용하여 조사대상자로 표집 하였다. 설문지는 경기당 200씩 총 400부를 배부하였고, 응답이 불성실했다고 판단되거나 조사 내용의 일부가 누락된 29부의 자료를 제외한 총 371부의 자료가 사용되었다.
자기 평가 기입법으로 작성케 한 설문지의 자료처리는 분석 가능한 자료를 코딩(cording)한 후 Window용 한글 SPSS version 12.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 기술통계, t-test, 빈도분석, 일원화분석, 단순선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다.
이와 같은 절차 및 자료 분석을 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 특성 중 성별에 따른 이벤트, 관람요인, 재 관람요인 모두 남성이 여성보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이벤트에서는 치어리더에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 관람요인에서는 성적, 가격에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 재 관람의도에서는 만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.
인구통계학적 특성 중 연령에 따른 이벤트의 경품에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 관람요인에서는 성적, 가격에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 재 관람의도에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 있었다.
인구통계학적 특성 중 직업에 따른 이벤트에는 유의한 차이가 없었고, 관람요인에서는 가격에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 재 관람의도에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 있었다.
인구통계학적 특성 중 수입에 따른 이벤트에는 치어리더에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 관람요인, 재 관람의도에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 없었다.
둘째, 이벤트에 따른 재 관람의사에서는 치어리더에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 치어리더, 경품, 응원 순으로 영향을 미친다.
셋째, 관람요인에 따른 재 관람의사에서는 경기장, 경기력, 가격에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 가격, 경기장, 경기력 순으로 영향을 미친다.
넷째, 이벤트에 따른 만족도에서는 치어리더에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 치어리더, 경품, 응원 순으로 영향을 미친다.
다섯째, 관람요인에 따른 만족도에서는 경기장, 가격에서 유의한 차이가 있었고 경기장, 가격, 성적, 경기력 순으로 영향을 미치고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to investigate the behavioral characteristics of attendees of professional baseball games and after extracting the effects which events and attendance factors has on attendees, the study aims to increase the number of professional baseball attendees.
The subjects of the study are attendees who attended games at the home stadium of the Doosan Bears in Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul and the home stadium of the Lotte Giants in Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan.
The subjects were selected through simple random sampling method. A total of 200 surveys were distributed to each stadium game for a total of 400 distributed surveys while 29 surveys were excluded for use of a total 371 surveys for analysis.
The data processing for each survey conducted through self-administration method was coded and statistically analyzed using Windows SPSS version 12.0 Korean version. The statistical analysis used for analysis were factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and simple regression analysis.
The results acquired through such process and data analysis are as follows.
First, in terms of sex among demographic characteristics, males showed higher scores for event, attendance factor and return intentions compared to females. Within events, cheerleaders showed a statistically significant difference, while for attendance factor, results and price showed a statistically significant difference. Within return intention, satisfaction showed a statistically significant difference.
In terms of age among demographic characteristics, prizes showed a statistically significant difference within events, while results and price showed a statistically significant difference within attendance factors while all subscales showed a statistically significant difference within return intention.
In terms of occupation among demographic characteristics, there were no statistically significance differences for event, while price showed a statistically significance difference for attendance factor and all subscales showed a statistically significant difference within return intention.
In terms of income among demographic characteristics, cheerleaders showed a statistically significant difference within events, while both attendance factor and return intention showed no statistically significant difference.
Second, cheerleaders showed a statistically significant difference for return intention in accordance to event and effects were shown in the order of cheerleader, prizes, and cheers.
Third, stadium, performance and price showed a statistically significant different for return intention in accordance to attendance factor and in the order of price, stadium and performance.
Fourth, cheerleaders showed a statistically significant difference for satisfaction in accordance to effect and effects were shown in the order of cheerleaders, prizes, and cheers.
Fifth, stadium and price showed a statistically significant difference for satisfaction in accordance to attendance factor and effects were shown in the order to stadium, price, results and performance.
