As for the analysis, general descriptions and basic tendencies were analyzed through frequency distributions, means, standard deviations, and variable reliability. Further more, variable differences and cross variable relationships were measured by ANOVA, Duncan-test, and correlation coefficients by SPSS 15.0 program.

There were also subgroup differences of thoughts of education for understanding other country people, multi media experience of multiculture family, knowledge about the multiculture, thought of increase for multiculture family. Perceptions of the efficiency feeling also showed subgroup differences of thoughts of education for understanding other country people, multi media experience of multiculture family, knowledge about the multiculture, and thought of increase for multiculture family.

From the results, it is observed that the objective and valid public media and education programs are beneficial for improving our attitudes and perceptions toward international marriage multiculture family. In addition, it is essential that multicultural education programs are primary fundamental infra-structural way of integrating diverse cultures, improve communication exchanges, and therefore consolidate family stability among the multicultural families in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary that we maintain consistent policies of expanding those public education programs among students, teachers, and parents, and further researches are expected among more diverse age and social classes of upgrading multiculture integrity.
