This study examines closely factor that grasp relation of work connection symptoms experience by working environment of dental technicians, health action practice military expedition and influences hereupon, job site environment improvement and health of dental mechanic preservation and to contribute to encourage try.
The results are as follows. Number of symptoms experience average mark of investigation subject person was man 2.42 points, woman 2.73 points, and number of health action practice investigation average mark was man 3.01 points, woman 3.08.
The results are as follows. Age, attainments in scholarship, sleeping hours, health to male is related, authority, work career to female is related, health action difference by general professional special quality(p< 0.05).
The results are as follows. smoking, sleeping hours, health to male is related, general characteristics, and employment, one´s position, the staff persons, change of post experience to female is related in symptoms experience difference by general professional special quality(p<0.05).
As result of pearson correlation coefficient, symptoms experience area and working environment liver in terrelation of man and woman likes working environment, symptoms experience becomes low. As result of pearson correlation coefficient, health action practice area and working environment liver interrelation of man and woman is good at health action practice, working environment improves.
As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis, leading person that influence in symptoms experience, symptoms experience was high as there are a lot of employee scale(B=0.098, P=0.050) as position post(B= 0.076, P=0.035) is hard as health(B=0.242, P=0.000) is ill in the case of man. As health(B=0.307, P=0.000) is ill, symptoms experience was high as there is a lot of change of post experience(B=0.154, P=0.018) as there are a lot of employee scale (B=0.150, P=0.019) in the case of woman. As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis, leading person that influence in health action practice practiced well health action as authority(B=0.115, P=0.021) is low as attainments in scholarship(B=0.273, P= 0.017) is high, does well health medical examination(B=0.289, P=0.001) in the case of man. Practiced well health action as work career(B=0.246, P=0.030) is short as do well health medical examination(B=0.508, P=0.001) in the case of woman.
As a result of this study, unveil factor and problem influencing in working environment and work connection symptoms of dental technician, Improve operation efficiency and need working environment improvement and realignment practicing occupational disease prevention and health action. And is considered that execute on-time health medical examination and health education continuously for healthcare of dental technician and need political care.
