1. The purpose and problems of the study
This paper intends to examine the current status of the fields where the supporting project for the priority area for educational welfare and investment is carried out, and further, to grope for the direction for the developmental progress of the project. In order to attain these research goals, this paper set up the following research problems:
(1) How is the project for educational welfare being performed on fields? What do students, teachers, and parents think about the project? How much are they satisfied with it?
(2) What do the beneficiaries of educational welfare think about the matter of stigma that can be given to them? How do general students, parents, and teachers respond to it?
(3) What is necessary for the improvement of the welfare project?
2. The method of the study
This paper purports to understand the project from their viewpoint by participating in the fields of the supporting project for the priority areas for educational welfare and investment. If a study is conducted about daily and practical things that happen in the research sites rather than about objective and positive quantitative things, the project will be easily understood. Therefore, a cultural technical study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used for this paper.
3. The result of the study
In the case of elementary schools, students, teachers, and parents were all satisfied with the project, but the matter of stigma couldn't be ignored. However, elementary school students were not stressed much by the matter of stigma. Even teachers' and parents' worries were more than the students'. Finally, this paper examined what the children wanted most for the successful operation of the project. The first was the welfare policy for each family that goes together with the welfare project that is conducted in schools. The second was to make the positive results of learning by motivating children to study through the increase in the learning field.
