정량적 지표를 활용한 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 위험 관리방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보시스템 개발이 사용자 중심의 통합 솔루션 제공을 위한 개념으로 확대되고 발전함에 따라 프로젝트의 규모와 복잡성도 매우 커지고 있다. 이와 함께 프로젝트의 성공을 저해하는 각각의 위험 요소들도 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되었다. 이제, 프로젝트의 위험관리는 예산 내에, 납기일 내에, 고객이 원하는 기능을 제공하기 위해서 필수적이라 하겠다.
그러나 프로젝트 현장에서는 프로젝트 관리자의 주관적인 기준에 의해 위험이 식별되고, 관리되고 있으며, 프로젝트 수행 경험이 적은 프로젝트 관리자일수록 위험 식별 및 관리는 매우 어렵다.
본 논문은 이런 프로젝트 현장의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 프로젝트에서 관리하고 있는 정량적 지표를 활용하여 위험 식별에 대한 객관적인 기준을 제시하였다. 뿐만 아니라 식별한 위험의 상태를 지속적으로 모니터링하고 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제공함으로써 현장에서 위험관리 품질을 높이고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As information system has been developed as an integrated solution focusing on user, the scale and complexity of a project has also been growing much larger. Accordingly, risk factors that hamper the success of a project have increased significantly. Now, the risk management of project is considered mandatory in order to offer the function that a customer wants within due date and budgets.
However, a risk is identified by subjective standards of a project manager in the field and a project manager with little project experience is very hard to identify and manage risks.
This paper presented an objective standard on risk identification by utilizing quantitative indicators in order to address problems in on-site projects. Besides, it aimed to improve the risk management quality of on-site projects by providing solutions through which risks will be identified and their status will be kept monitoring.
