양궁선수들의 경기력이 심리기술에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Archers' Performance on Psychological Skills

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 양궁선수들의 경기력 수준, 사회적 배경에 따른 심리기술 차이를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2008년 제42회 남녀 양궁종별 선수권대회에 참가한 470명(고등부 254명, 대학부 113명, 일반부 103명)을 선정하였으며, 양궁 심리기술 검사지를 이용하여 심리기술 활용능력을 각 요인에 따라 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내렸다.
첫째, 경기력 수준에 따른 심리기술 능력의 차이에 있어서는 각성조절, 자신감, 심상조절, 주의집중과 같은 요인에서 입상경력이 없는 사람의 비해 입상경력이 있는 사람이 심리기술 능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 사회적 배경에 따른 심리기술의 차이에 있어서는 고등부 보다는 일반부가 심리기술이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 연령이 적은 것 보다는 많을수록 운동경력이 적은 것보다는 많을수록 여자보다는 남자가 심리기술 능력이 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the difference of archers' psychological skills according to their performance level and social background. To achieve this purpose, I chose 470 (254 high school students, 113 college students, and 103 general people) who participated in the 42th archery national championship in 2008. I used psychological skill test for archery and analysed the application of it accordant to each factor. As a result of it. I concluded as followings.
First, when investigating the difference of psychological skills accordant to performance level, it was shown that the person who had the experience of winning the prize had higher ability in the factor as awakening control, confidence, image control, and concentration comparing to the others.
Second, when investigating the difference of psychological skills accordant to social background, it was shown that the male and general people had higher ability than those of female and high school students and the more they were old and had experience, the more they had higher ability in psychological skills.
