The address system, the most nation of the foreign adopts, in compliance with a street way is propelling & coming the business for from 1997.
According to being enforced the law 2007 April 5th which is support the propulsion of the enterprise and under an obligation the legal use of new address, generally analyzes propulsion contents etc. of the new address propelled from 1997.
Accomplish this research in order to consider the improvement program for the life of new address and an early rising settlement. The following improvement-measures are required to settlement & use.
First, all self-governing body of the entire country until 2009 completes the new address enterprise with new address legal enforcement and from 2012 only new address the whole surface makes use and according to and meantime complements in order to improve the enterprise and according to current law completes in order to unify the contents of the area where propels the road section and the base point and a terminus, re-sets fundamental interval identically, the trial and error which becomes accomplished and to set and back this to give to integrate and people newly and the stability of new address must secure.
