This study has been performed to analyze impacts of religious activities on emotionality of the elderly. In this study 402 elderly aged 60 or more were asked how they felt about their self integration after their religious activities and particularly, they were expected to explain what emotional changes they experienced toward them afterwards. In this study, age, sex, and having religion were factors most influential on the self integration; females, older elders, and those who had religion showed the higher score of the self integration than the others. Therefore in this study, it was suggested that the authorities develop a variety of education programs and emotional wellbeing guidelines in the religious institution elderly education class. In addition, there are also impacts of the religiosity on alleviation of death anxiety. Therefore, standardized images and good will episodes of the elderly activities need be provided by welfare service agencies, in order to improve their attitudes toward agonies in later life. Finally, it is also recommended that agony distress control programs need to be offered by religious institutions for the care facilities isolated in rural areas.
