국문 초록 (Abstract)

‘한강의 기적’이라는 말이 나올 만큼 우리나라는 수십 년 사이에 경제적인 발전을 이루었다. 이러한 발전 뒤에는 우리나라의 교육의 힘이 컸던 것이 사실이다. 입시주의 위주의 진학지도는 경쟁을 통한 우수 인력 배출이라는 성과를 가져왔고 우리나라 발전의 핵심이 되는 인제를 발굴하였다. 하지만 입시주의의 진학지도는 학생의 재능이나 소질을 위주로 학생의 진로를 선택하게 해주는 것이 아니라 학업 성적위주로 진로를 결정하게 만든다. 이러한 진학지도를 보완 할 수 있는 교육이 진로교육인 것이다.
본 연구에서는 우리나라와 해외의 진로교육을 비교하여 진로교육의 방향을 설정하고 진로교육에 도움이 되는 컴퓨터 교과 전문 E-mentoring 시스템을 개발하고 적용해 보았다. 해외 사례는 프랑스와 미국과 독일의 진로교육에 대해서 조사하였다. 프랑스의 경우 진로 지도가 적성지도 위원회를 통해 이루어지고 다양한 경험을 통해 학생의 재능발견을 유도하고 있다. 미국의 경우에는 전문적인 진로지도 교사에 의해서 이루어지고 있으며 기초과목과 선택과목의 선택으로 커리큘럼이 정해지고 자신의 흥미나 적성에 맞는 선택과목을 선택하게 되는데 이러한 선택과목을 통해서 진로지도가 이루어지고 있다. 독일의 경우에는 체계적인 지도단계를 거쳐 진로가 결정되며 초등학교에서 진로가 결정이 난다. 우리나라 7차 교육과정에서 교과 교육, 재량활동, 특별활동을 통하여 진로교육이 이루어지고 있고 교과 재량 활동의 경우 국민 공통 기본 과목 심화 보충학습과 선택교과학습을 통하여 학생들의 소질 및 재능발견이 이루어지고 있다. 각종 경시대회를 통해 특정 과목에 우수한 능력을 가진 것도 발견할 수 있는 기회를 마련해 놓고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 진로교육보다는 아직 진학지도에 더욱 무게를 두는게 사실이다. 전문적인 상담교사의 부족과 사회적으로 아직 진로교육의 중요성을 잘 모르는게 주원인일 것이다. 이런 우리나라의 현실에서 e-mentoring 시스템은 진로교육을 돕는 좋은 도구가 될 것이다.
본 연구에서는 e-mentoring 시스템을 JSP 웹언어와 Oracle Database를 사용하여 구현하였다. 구현된 멘토링 시스템을 서울 가락고등학교 1학년 2반과 7반 학생을 대상으로 멘토링을 실시하였다. 총 대상 학생은 51명이였다. 3주간의 멘토링 이후 평가 페이지를 통해 멘토링 실행에 대한 체크 및 멘토링에 대한 인식, 구현된 사이트 컨텐츠에 대한 평가가 이루어 졌다. 멘토링 실행이 잘되는지에 대한 여부는 대체로 부정적인 응답이 많이 나왔다. 멘토링에 대한 인식 및 구현된 사이트 컨텐츠에 대한 평가에 대한 응답은 긍정적이였다. 평가에서 나타나는 결론은 멘토링 시스템이 진로교육에 도움이 되며 멘토링에 대한 학생들의 기대가 높다는 것이였다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교과에 관련된 멘토링을 실시하였고 고등학교 두학급 정도의 학생을 대상으로 멘토링을 실시하였다. 전 교과 영역과 더 많은 학생을 대상으로 멘토링을 실시하지 못하여 진로교육에 미치는 영향을 더 상세히 평가해 보지 못한 것이 본 연구의 한계점이라 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The economy of Korea was grown up so fast during decades that is called 'Miracle of Han River'. The background of fast economy growth was the power of education. A guide to higher school leads to students more competitive and to be the leader of Korea in the case of winner. But a guide to higher school is not basis of student's aptitude and talent. Career education is the right supplement for a guide to higher school.
This study was focused on defining right way of career education from analysis of foreign cource education and developing e-mentoring system and evaluating the e-mentoring system. Reference foreign country was France , The US, and German. In France , career education is executed
by aptitude-guidance-committee and induces to discover the talent of student by producing various activity. In the US, counsel expert guides the career of student. The curriculum is made up of basic subject and chosen subject. Students choose the subject corresponding on the interest or aptitude. Career education is executed by choosing subjects to take. In German, career is defined by perfect guide step and is determined in elementary school. In Korea career education is executed by various ways such as general subject , extra activity time, extra deepen class, chosen class and Olympiad. Through foreign country career education way and koea career education , right way of cource education was appeared. Career education should be performed by an expect of counseling and well organized.
It is good that career education starts on early age. The range of chosen subject should be larger and extra activities should be prepared more effectively.
But in Korea, a guide entering high grade school is more important than career education. In this situation e-mentoring system will be good tool to help career education. In this study , e-mentoring system was developed by using jsp , oracle database. E-mentoring system is comprised of major pages such as main page , introducing page, mentor page , mentee page, recommended site page. The main process of e-mentiorng system is first of all mentees find thje mentor and apply the mentor to be mentee 's mentor. If that mentor agrees to mentee's suggestion , e-mail information is open to mentee and mentee 's mentor. And then by email , mentee and mentor. can do mentoring.
This study evaluated developed e-mentoring system to Seoul Karak high school students. The number of joined students was 51 and the number of mentor volunteers was 18. The final approved matching count was 29. The answer of question about mentoring proceeding was negative majorly. but the answer of question about mentoring image and e-mentoring site contents was positive. In conclusion, students want mentoring and e-mentoring.is helpful to define students' career. In this study, e-mentoring was applied to two classes of high school and the area of mentoring was computer part only. E-mentoring to larger mentee group and about not only computer part but all area at school or government organization will help career education highly well.
