      The purpose of this study is research the effects of transformational leadership, Organizational justice and organization citizenship behavior and mediating organizational justice in korea small and medium industry.
      There are many factors affecting organizational prosperity and competitiveness, leadership is the most important part of organizations to be success. In these days the inside and outside circumstances of company are being changed radically, so many people might want a transformational leadership. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine the effects of leadership style on organizational effectiveness.
      This object literature review and survey research that were conducted with the total of 327 copies of survey question. This research deals with charisma, intellectual simulation and individualized consideration of transformational leadership as independent variables and organization justice such as organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variables. Data were also subjected to using a LISREL(8.3) statistical analysis program.
      In the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship commitment because the members of an organization felt more satisfaction at its distributive justice or procedural justice when they perceived that the organizations to which they belonged fairly rewarded them for the performance of their duties it appeared that the more they perceived organizational justice in working for the organizational the more organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).
      The major empirical results of analysis about established hypotheses are as follows.
      First, Transformational leadership of the site manager charisma, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration significantly affected organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).
      Second is about mediating role of organizational justice, transformational leadership's individualized consideration have effects of positive(+) on organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, Organizational justice is judged to have intermediation effect between Transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
      This means that transformational leadership as individualized consideration, and increase organizational citizenship behavior by mediation role of perceived organizational support and organizational justice in korea small and medium industry. My results suggest that it is needed appropriate individualized consideration to members encourage their commitments and citizenship behaviors as occasionally even though many academic research shows charisma leadership is more influential. In the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational justice, distributive justice appeared higher than other procedural justice and interactional justice.
      Finally, It was verified that organizational justice had a significant influence on transformational leadership and while the latter did on organizational citizenship behavior. There was a discussion about suggestion and limitation and further study was suggested.
