The effective application of image as a distinguished strategy of self expression in interview is becoming to major factor seriously that impacts to get job, and more effective image making way is needed to appeal one's own positive image.
Modern young candidates preparing job searching, those who are familiar with computer, are getting various and much information through internet, various web service research is progressed actively in fashion. Considering this, the application of fashion coordination by using web is ideal way, but current most web sites are focused on simply predicative coordination information and virtual model creating and idea, so it's a not enough situation to produce correspond to situation by acquiring total coordination information according to T.P.O. concept and image. Therefore, this research purpose is to make the way of fashion coordination for image making systematic in academy, and to develop contents of cyber self fashion coordination system for interview image making and to implement we site. For these, studied design feature about interview cloths, and researched appeal way correspond to body and face type.
It is able to advance the capacity of self image making increase through realize cyber self fashion coordination for systemic interview image making by using virtual space to job candidates, and hereafter is expected to be an useful information supply in interview fashion image making.
The research scope is general office job, which is interview situation in woman student of university who is easy to appeal expression of change of fashion coordination factor.
To analyze design feature of interview clothes, used visual material is selected diagram that was written in literature of fashion design(2007) by Sunggy Han and Eyoung Kim, and the hue and tone of color is selected Hue & Tone 120, and the photo of planning and design and fashion stylist of textile and is selected in pattern.
The research method is that analyze fashion magazine, job portal site and image making site, internet web site of fashion and coordination specialized with literaute of inside and outside and medium material, and investigated and analyzed in practical and multiply like interview with candidate and person in charge of interview in human resource team of corporation and fashion specialist and 1 & 1 interview and visiting and investigation of participating in image making program.
Based on analyzed result, made and cooperated and purchased real interview clothes, made mannequin directly as a 6 virtual model considered body type & style and took a photo by putting on clothes. The total 138 clothes taken a photo are operated by 2D image, and 6 mannequins made are operated by illustration so finished virtual model. Also, investigated preference of web site from job searcher and developed contents of cyber self fashion coordination system and implemented web site for interview image making. Through implemented web site, put cyber self fashion coordination system into job searcher in real and evaluated the effectiveness.
The research result is summarized like below.
First, image is divided to internal image and outer image largely, and Mind Identity(M.I) is included into internal image as a emotional factor like confidence and friendly feeling, and defined outer image for voice factor like voice and pronunciation and behavioral identity(B.I) including behavioral factor like attitude and expression and visual identity(V.I) like image, clothes and hair, make up because those are related to shape.
Second, reflection rate of interview in person of responsible in corporation is 68.97% so that catch the importance. Among factors of reflection in interview, it was evaluated that outward appearance(31.03%) and etiquette(31.03%) are most important, and among those, reflection rate of clothes appearance is evaluated the highest by 65.52%. Therefore, to make good image of interview, it is needed advanced outward image, and it is needed to appear proper clothes going well with oneself and needs image making.
Third, the most important thing in image making is to make up internal and outer factors by individual character while job candidates had low recognition of one's own body and face type in right interview image making and choice of clothes.
Therefore, fashion coordination information is needed by body and face type and choice of clothes and I can catch up the needs of supply of cyber self fashion coordination information program considered that most using of information of job searcher is internet.
Fourth, through investigating by interview with persons of responsible in human resource of corporation to develop the interview cyber self fashion coordination system, selected proper clothes in image making of interview by total 23 suits including jackets 6, shirts & blouses 6 and skirts 6, pants 5, those design feature are below.
In items, jackets are tailored jacket, tuxedo jacket, channel jacket, eaton jacket, blazer jacket and shirts & blouses are button shirts, dress shirts, shirts waist blouse, bow blouse, gibson blouse, and skirts are tight skirt, A line skirt, goword skirt pleats skirt, flared skirt, and pants are strait pants, boots cut pants, angle pants in turn.
Color is used by Hue & Tone 120 chart and evaluated, and most are preferred by an achromatic color that feels modern and specific image except for shirts & blouses. Navy & black color are appeared mostly that feels conservative and powerful, and gray that feels polished and high class, white that feels clean and bright, and beige that feels worm and flexible, those color are evaluated as a proper color. In shirts & blouses, there are many whites, and blue & pink and yellow that gives bright image are preferred as a point color in achromatic suit. Pattern is restricted and expressed by mostly solid, pin stripe and stripe of choke stripe, basket check.
Fifth, made and operated and took a photo directly clothes 23, 6 body type of standard, triangle, inverted triangle, rectangular, hourglass, circle and 6 face type of egg, circle, triangle, inverted triangle, long type, those which are suitable for selected interview image making.
As a result of modern image making application practice investigation, and 3D image expression is difficult too big to transect in speed and traffic in web , and in case of clothes mapping coordination, as 2D is more applicative so made it based on 2D image.
