직업재활시설장의 기업가정신이 경영성과수준에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 장애인생산품의 생산 및 판매활동을 수행하고 있는 직업재활시설을 대상으로 시설장의 기업가정신이 직업재활시설 경영성과수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 나아가 이를 바탕으로 직업재활시설의 경영측면에서 성장과 발전 방안을 제안하는데 의의를 두고자 하였다.
이 연구를 위해 전국 직업재활시설 중 근로작업시설 23곳과 보호작업시설 145곳, 총 168개의 시설을 대상으로 우편설문조사 방법을 통해 실시하였으며 총 220부의 설문결과를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 신뢰도측정, 빈도분석, 기술통계, ANOVA, T-test, 회귀분석을 활용하였다.
이 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 종사자들이 인식하는 시설장의 기업가정신과 직업재활시설의 경영성과수준은 평균보다 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 시설장의 일반적 특성 중 성별이나 실무경력, 연령대, 전공분야, 시설의 종사자 수 등이 기업가정신과 경영성과수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 회귀분석을 통해 경영성과수준에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과 기업가정신의 리더십과 추진력 모두 경영성과수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 시설장의 리더십과 추진력 수준이 높을수록 경영성과수준이 높게 나타남을 의미하였다.
위 연구결과를 바탕으로 직업재활시설의 경영측면 강화를 통한 이익이 복지로의 재투자로 이어지고, 장애인의 고용창출이 직업재활시설의 소득증대로 이어지는 순환관계가 유지되어야 하며, 이와 같은 경영과 복지 양면의 균등한 발전을 통해 직업재활시설의 성장을 도모해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of CEO of entrepreneurship on business performance in vacational rehabilitation facilities and provide more developed plans to improve business performance of the facilities. It also, suggests the development plan in management side of the facilities.
The total of 272 questionnaires from 168 agencies were collected and 220 questionnaires (of 272) were used for the analysis.
The data were analyzed by Reliability test, frequency analysis, descriptive statistic, ANOVA, T-test, and regression analysis.

The results of the research are as follows;

First, recognization of employees about CEO's entrepreneurship and business performance of their institutes are more than average.
Second, CEO's general characteristics, such as sex, age, job experience, major, number of employee affect significantly on entrepreneurship and management performance.
Third, the results of regression analysis show that CEO's leadership and initiative are also influential to business performance. Especially, strong leadership and initiative bring better management performance.
The study suggests profits caused by management improvement of vocational rehabilitation institutes should bring reinvestment in workfare centre. And it should enable the institutes to increase the number of employees and the disabled to obtain more salary. To lead and keep this circulation development and revitalization of vocational rehabilitation through equal improvements of both management and welfare are required.
