부부 의사소통 증진을 위한 交流分析 활용에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 첫째, 행복해야 할 부부들이 갈등함으로서 발생하는 부부싸움 및 이혼을 예방하고자 함이며, 부부간에 좀 더 질 높은 대화와 의사소통을 유도하는 데 있다. 둘째, 부부의사소통 단절과 갈등의 유형은 무엇이며, 그 원인은 어디에 있는지를 살피고, 밝혀진 사례들을 통해 본인과 배우자의 문제점을 찾아 해결하는데 목적을 두었다. 셋째, 드러난 현상과 찾아낸 원인들을 갖고 부부가 함께 대안을 찾아가게 하는 것이다. 사실 대안이 있으면 모든 문제는 해결된 것이나 마찬가지다.
제 2장에서는 교류분석에 대한 이론적 기초를 살폈으며, 갈등의 근거가 무엇인지를 살폈다. 갈등의 근거를 찾는 이유는 그 근거를 기반으로 해서 원인을 찾을 수 있기 때문이다. 원인이 무엇인지 파악되면 대안을 올바르게 제시할 수 있다.
3장에서는 찾아낸 원인에 입각해서 대안을 찾는 과정을 다루게 된다. 순기능적 부부의사소통은 자아 상태와 배우자간의 의사교류 상태에 따라 달라진다. 또한 단순히 갈등이 역기능적 교류가 언어에만 있지 않고 태도, 상황에 맞물려 있기 때문에 사티어와 고트만이라는 학자들의 부부갈등 이론을 접목하여 함께 그 대응방안을 찾으려고 했다. 인천광역시 남동구에 속한 교회 안의 신앙을 갖고 있는 부부들을 대상으로 사례조사 및 앙케트를 조사하여 분석하였다. 그리고 순기능적 부부의사소통 대안을 교류분석 입장에서 접근했으며, 갈등유형에 따라 분류하여 제시하였다.
4장은 결론으로서 앞의 내용을 바탕으로 연구 성과를 살피고, 목회적 입장에서 어떻게 접목할 것인가? 에 대한 고민과 보다 나은 부부 의사소통방향을 어떻게 인도할 것인지에 대한 제언으로 끝을 맺었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the paper is threefold. First, it seeks to prevent quarrel between husband and wife, and divorce that happens when couples struggle who should otherwise be happy together, and to induce higher quality dialogue and communication between husband and wife. Second, it seeks to find communication stoppage between husband and wife, forms of conflict, their causes, and flaws of husband and wife as seen through cases, and to resolve them. Third, with disclosed cases and causes, it seeks to encourage couples to find solutions together. In fact, if there's a measure to solve the situation, it is the same as every problem has come to a resolution.
In chapter 2, it explores a theoretical basis of transactional analysis and evidences of conflicts. A reason for finding the causes of conflicts is that it can be a basis on which to find the root cause. If we could know the root cause, we can properly suggest a counterproposal.
In chapter 3, it deals with a process of finding a counterproposal based on the firm ground of causes. a Properly functioning communication between couples changes depending on conditions of the self and conditions of the communication between them. Further, because dysfunctional exchanges of the conflict don't simply lie in the use of language used, but are closely related with attitude and circumstantial situation, the present paper introduces a theory of marital conflict of Virginia Satir and John M. Gottman to find counterproposals. The present paper carries out case studies based on the questionaires of christian couples residing in the suburban areas of Metropolitan Incheon Namdong-Gu.
Moreover, the paper classifies and suggests a counterproposal of properly functioning marital communication in the perspective of transactional analysis and according to forms of conflict.
In chapter 4, the paper summaries what has been discussed and suggest concludes by exploring research results based on contents mentioned beforehand, and how our research can be applicable to pastoral ministry and how to guide conflicting couples into a better marital communication can be established in the pastoral perspective.
