배구 지도자들의 리더십 행동유형이 팀 효율성에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Leadership Behavior Pattern of the Volleyball Instructor on the Team Efficiency

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 배구 지도자들의 리더십 행동유형이 팀 효율성에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 배구 지도자들의 팀관리 및 경기력을 향상시키는 데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
이에 2008년 현재 서울?경기지역의 중?고등학교 남?녀 배구선수단을 모집단으로 조사하여 최종적으로 272명을 유효 표본수로 선정하였다. 사용된 조사도구는 설문지로 리더십유형 측정은 Chelladurai와 Saleh(1978)에 의해 계발된 스포츠 리더십척도(LSS: Leadership Scale for Sport)를 김병현(1990)이 한글로 번안한 설문지를 사용하였다.
가설검증을 위해서는 Windows용 SPSS 12.0 통계패키지를 이용하였으며, 기술통계로 평균과 표준편차를 분석하여 일반적 성향을 확인하였다. 리더십과 선수들의 스포츠 만족도 및 팀 효율성은 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)과 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regressin Analysis)을 하였으며, 각 가설의 유의수준은 a=.05 수준에서 분석하였다. 집단별 평균의 차이를 검증하기 위해서는 Scheffe의 사후검증방법을 이용하였다.
이상의 연구철차와 방법으로 산출된 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 지도자 유형에서 성별에 따라 여자선수는 민주적 행동과 긍정적 보상행동에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 남자선수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 운동경력에서는 6~8년 이상의 집단에서 훈련 및 지시 행동유형에서만 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 그리고 팀 내 위치에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 지도자 리더십 유형과 팀 효율성의 다중회귀 분석에서는 지도자 만족에 따른 영향은 훈련 및 지시행동, 사회적 지지 민주적 행동, 전제적 행동에 따라 지도자 만족에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
지도자 리더십 유형과 팀 효율성의 다중회귀 분석에서는 역할 만족에 따른 사회적 지지행동 유형과 민주적 행동 유형이 역할만족에 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내고 있다.
지도자 리더십 유형과 팀 효율성의 다중회귀 분석에서는 경기 만족에 따라 지도자 리더십 유형에서는 사회적 지지행동 유형이 경기만족에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the leadership behavior pattern of the volleyball instructor influences on their team efficiency. For doing this, 272 middle and highschool volleyball players residing in Seoul and Kyunggi area were selected as the research participants through the stratified cluster random sampling method. A questionarrie(Byung Hyun Kim, 1990), which was originated from Chelladurai and Saleh(1978) was utilized to examine the leadership behavior patter of the volleyball instructor. For examining the ream efficiency, a questionnarie(Han Kyu, 1992) originated from Williams and Hacke(1982) was also used.
The followings were the result of this study:
1) Considering the pattern of volleyball instructors, there were significant difference on the democratic behavior and positive award behavior according to the female player and there were not significant difference on the male plyer.
2) Considering the pattern of volleyball instructors, there were significant difference on the training and order behavior pattern according to the 6-8 years experienced player group.
3) Considering the influence of instructor's leadership pattern on the team efficiency, the satisfaction of instructor influences on the training and order behaviors, social-democratic behaviors, and autocratic behavior.
4) The pattern of socially approved behavior and democratic behavior influences on the role satisfaction.
5) Considering the pattern of instructor's leadership on the game satisfaction, the pattern of socially approved behavior influences on the game satisfaction.
