무용공연 서비스품질과 관람만족도 및 재관람 관계 = The relation among the service quality of dance performance, spectators' viewing satisfaction and re-spectating

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 무용공연 서비스품질과 관람만족도 및 재관람 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 무용공연장을 이용하고 있는 기존 고객의 유지 및 신규 고객의 유입차원에서 서비스 품질 특성들이 관람만족도와 재관람 의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관하여 무용공연의 서비스품질을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 관람만족도와 재관람에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질로는 어떠한 요인들이 있는지 규명하기 위하여 2008년 2월 20일부터 23일 까지 서울 소재 무용공연장을 직접 찾은 관람객 300명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 특성, 관람행동 특성, 서비스품질 특성, 관람만족도 및 재관람 요인을 파악하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, χ²검정, 일원분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 관람행동특성 분포를 알아보기 위해서 χ²검정을 실시한 결과, 동반자는 성별, 연령, 직업, 학력, 수입에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 공연경로는 연령, 직업, 학력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 동기는 연령, 직업, 학력, 수입에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 서비스품질 특성 차이분석 결과, 성별은 부가적혜택 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 연령별에서는 신뢰성, 시설요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 수입별에서는 신뢰성, 예술성, 시설요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 인구통계학적 변인에 따른 관람만족도ㆍ재관람 차이분석 결과, 연령, 직업, 학력별에서 관람만족도, 재관람 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 서비스품질 특성이 관람만족도 및 재관람에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 신뢰성, 예술성, 시설요인이 관람만족도 및 재관람에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과를 종합해보면, 무용공연을 관람하는 관람객은 무용공연 서비스품질에 따라 관람만족도 및 재관람 의사가 좌우되는 밀접한 관계가 있는 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 무용공연 서비스품질 특성 중 신뢰성, 예술성, 시설 요인이 무용공연의 관람만족도 및 재관람 의사에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인임을 밝혀내었고 이와 같은 외적인 요인들이 관람객의 관심을 끄는데 중요한 요인이 되고 있음을 본 연구에서 시사하고 있다. 따라서 무용공연의 활성화를 위해서 서비스품질 특성의 하부요인인 신뢰성, 응답공감성, 편의성, 시설, 예술성, 부가적 혜택 등의 보완ㆍ개선이 필요하며, 관람객의 욕구를 충족 시켜줄 수 있는 다양한 서비스품질을 제공하여 관람객의 유치증대는 물론 관람만족도 및 재관람을 극대화 하도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to find out the relation among the service quality of dance performance, spectators' viewing satisfaction and re-spectating.
More concretely, the study examines the service quality of dance performance regarding how service quality characteristics influence spectators' viewing satisfaction and re-spectating intention. In addition, to examine service quality factors influencing spectators' viewing satisfaction and re-spectating, a survey was conducted to find out demographic characteristics, spectating behaviors characteristics, service quality characteristics, viewing satisfaction and re-spectating factors to 300 people who visited dance performing arts centers from February 20, 2008 to February 23, 2008.
The analysis results of collected data through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, χ²-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis are as follows.
First, the results of χ²-test to find out spectating behaviors characteristics according to demographic variables indicate that companions show significant differences in gender, age, occupation, academic background and income, the channel of information shows significant differences in age, occupation and academic background, and viewing motivation shows significant differences in age, occupation, academic background and income.
Second, the results of service quality characteristics according to demographic variables indicate that gender shows significant differences in additional benefit factors, age shows significant differences in reliability and facilities, and income shows significant differences in reliability, artistic quality and facilities.
Third, the results of difference analysis of viewing satisfaction and re-spectating according to demographic variables indicate that age, occupation and academic background show significant differences in viewing satisfaction and re-spectating.
Fourth, the results of multiple regression analysis to find out how service quality characteristics influence viewing satisfaction and re-spectating indicate that reliability, artistic quality and facilities have significant influence on viewing satisfaction and re-spectating.
The study results show that the service quality of dance performance is an important variable to decide spectators' viewing satisfaction and re-spectating intention. Especially, it shows that reliability, artistic quality and facilities among service quality characteristics are the most important factors influencing viewing satisfaction and re-spectating intension and that external factors become important factors to attract spectators' attention. Therefore, to revitalize dance performances, it is necessary to supplement and develop the sub-factors of service quality characteristics such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, convenience, facilities, artistic quality and additional benefits, to increase the number of spectators and to maximize viewing satisfaction and re-spectating by proving various services which can satisfy spectators' desire.
