주부 수영참가자의 참여 동기가 참여 만족도에 미치는 영향 = Effect of participation motivation of house-wife who is swimming participant on participation satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of participation motivation of house-wife who is swimming participant on participation satisfaction. To attain this purpose, we selected 200 subjects through convenient sampling method.
Device for source collection is used by the questionnaire which is composed of the factors of participation motivation and satisfaction. The results of this study using statistical package SPSS version 12.0 are as follows.
First, the analysis of participation motivation according to age level showed significant difference in social motivation among the factors of participation motivation.
By monthly income level, there were no significant difference in all factors among participation motivation. In terms of educational level, there was significant difference in social motivation among participation motivation.
The analysis of satisfaction by age level revealed significant difference (F=3.825, p=.005) in psychological satisfaction among the factors of satisfaction.
Satisfaction by monthly income level, there were significant difference in physiological (F=3.128, p=.016) and psychological (F=2.439, p=.048) satisfaction among the factors of satisfaction. In terms of educational level, there was significant difference in physiological satisfaction (F=4.049, p=.008) among the factors of satisfaction.
Second, the analysis of participation motivation according to participation duration and participation frequency showed no significant difference.
The analysis of participation motivation according to participation intensity showed significant difference in social motivation and intellectual motivation among the factors of participation motivation.
The analysis of satisfaction by participation duration and frequency level revealed no significant difference. Satisfaction by participation intensity level, there were significant difference in physiological, psychological, social and educational satisfaction among the factors of satisfaction.
Third, the correlations between participation motivation and participation satisfaction showed significant positive correlations among all factors.
The effect of participation motivation on physiological satisfaction were significantly affected by social and recreational motivation in order.
The effect of participation motivation on psychological satisfaction were significantly affected by cognitive-efficiency and social motivation in order.
The effect of participation motivation on social satisfaction were significantly affected by cognitive-efficiency and social motivation in order.
The effect of participation motivation on educational satisfaction were significantly affected by social and cognitive-efficiency motivation in order.
The effect of participation motivation on environmental satisfaction was significantly affected by cognitive-efficiency motivation only.
