      There occurring more kinds of ethical problems in the information-oriented society than in the industrial society, it's critically demanded of ethics consciousness which products information straightforwardly and makes use of it.
      Therefore, members in this society, need to be aware of the Information Communication Ethics, and think and act on it. Information Communication Ethics, a normative laws to solve these problems created in the information-oriented society. Information Communication Ethics are necessary not simply to control information communication technology, but also to live as a member of this society, acting on those laws indicating right and false, good and bad, ethical and non-ethical. When settling those ethics from a child, we could utilize the internet in an established ethics awareness, with careful concerns of others' feelings and practice netiquette with a warm heart.
      For this, many efforts from school education are required. Though the announcement of the promise to reinforce the information ethics and protection, actually, changes in the outline and content are few seen in the computer subjects. Also for all the distribution of the guide for the eduction of information ethics, students are not educated from it. So, ethics education pre-understandable before the computer subjects are not performed well and estimated low rather as compared with others. Most of all, the fact that there are many children misused to guilty because of their immature identity suggests that the understanding and necessity of the information and communication education is urged. For this reason, this research analyzed the importance and the present textbooks for its good education, and we have to make a positive use of e-learning to enhance the efficiency of ethics education, and want to perform a systematic ethics education in the instructional design based on the ASSURE model.
