농촌 입지유형별 농촌정주요인의 비교 연구 : 경남 고성군 지역 중심으로

This study is to compare settlement conditions of rural area by location type. For the rural development for inhabitants to settle in the agricultural district, we need various researches and analysis about farm settlement living space. To do this, we did comparative analysis of rural settlement factors for each agricultural location with objective and quantitative standard of settlement condition selected by checking rural development and settlement condition index. Then we formed the rural settlement factors unlike existing researches.To do the comparative analysis of rural settlement condition of agricultural focused city area, we used total of 8 settlement factors including income opportunity condition, education condition, social education opportunity condition, medical condition, welfare condition, cultural condition, sewage condition, traffic condition discussed in existing researches as selection index. The settlement factor having the largest influence on living satisfaction in rural center city area was sewage and public transportation condition. In behind area, sewage condition has the largest influence, and then welfare, welfare service condition, and public transportation condition. In the awareness research result of rural inhabitants about the development business showed the highest requirements for rural center development.Based on the comparative analysis result about rural settlement condition, we can conclude this research by proposing basic direction of rural settlement living space development. First, application of user-friendly agricultural development strategy for location type is necessary. Second, to practically promote the development business to improve rural settlement condition, local government should control and integrate various development businesses individually processed by central government department to determine the form of investment and consider investment efficiency. Finally, rural settlement living space development should have promotion strategy established in the level of agricultural district according to the development demand and intension of inhabitants.
