유아교사의 유아체육 인식에 대한 연구 = Recognition Study for Infant Physical Education about Infant Tutors

<Abstract>

This study is researched in order to offer basic data of essential help for infant educational institutions where infant physical education is fulfilled by data according to the examination of satisfaction factors by elements related with infant tutor about infant physical education in infant physical educational institutions.
The study was researched by infant tutors group who work infant physical education in institutions of Gwangju, Jeonnam area on Oct., 2007. We did random sampling for this survey and groups were selected by infant tutors who work more than one year for each infant physical educational facility. The total number of respondents was 100 and purposive sampling was 93. 7 insincere replies of interview were excepted to improve satisfaction about infant physical education in institutions.
First, human factor in satisfaction was found to following doings. Infant like teachers who wear active casual gym suits with neat hair style. Remembering infant’s name, using polite expressions to infant, praising with patting children on the head with taking hold of the children’s hands, and proposing a model who infant ought to be are all come out to the satisfaction factors.
Application programs that teachers made with showing examples were found to satisfaction factor. Presenting figure data or models help infant’s satisfaction, and it drives infant’s repeat of learning. Supplying programs which can develop the powers latent within infants are come out satisfaction factor.
Satisfaction factor in Events was found to following doings. First, MC should do gorgeous skilled talk to infants in order to relax the tension, hence, infants can participate in the event with fun and excitement. MC also should do eye to eye teaching with infant to help event. Cleaning the back stage, occupying vacant seats are also come out satisfactory factors.
Satisfaction factors in operating facility are come out in following doings. Caring always about education, having a 20~40 min. lecture once a week with solid contents, and adjusting teaching time when infants are enjoying or missing are all found out to satisfactory factors.
Satisfaction about the facility must consider the followings: the place must provide enough space for the infants to do activities and must be able to control the infants easily. The sports equipments must be placed in the right spot. Air circulation is also a vital factor which helps freshening and creating the atmosphere in which infants could play and do various activities under safe and healthy environment. Fire extinguishers and emergency exits must be built and the infants must be educated in terms of its use and function.
Satisfaction about the sport equipments must consider the followings. Equipments are produced to give self achievements to infants, thus infants can get a harmony of good knowledge, good body, and virtue. Equipments should also aim to upgrade body development, and infant’s interest. Easy handling tools, self handling available tools, and safe tools are all welcomed to infant teaching. Cautions are strongly recommended before using dangerous equipments.
At last, satisfaction factors about physical injuries rest on how well an instructor understands the emergency treatment and deals with the different emergency situations. It is important that the instructor be considerate and cares for the infants. It is the role of the instructor to explain to the infant what he/she had done wrong and why he/she was hurt, therefore preventing further injuries that can be inflicted upon them in the future. Moreover, after the class is over, the instructor feels satisfied after making sure of the infants’ safety and their state.
